worst stay I had in Amsterdam so far.
Room was cleaned poorly ( hairs on the bed and in the bathroom). Old coffee stains on the table, which ruined my pillow. Strong urine smell in the bathroom. Multiple wet spots on the floor. Also the DND-display was broken and blinked all night. We asked for a repair but when we came back to the hotel in the evening...nothing was done :)

1. The specialist at the reception informed me that check-in is only at 3 p.m. and that it's impossible to do it earlier. However, about an hour before that time, I approached the desk and spoke to another manager, who checked us in earlier. But at the end of the process, after handing us the keys, he informed me that this service is paid, and charged me 5 euros
2. The restaurant manager is a very aggressive man who doesn't hesitate to behave rudely towards both guests and his staff in front of others. This creates a lot of tension and makes it stressful to be in the hotel's common areas.
3. The cleaning staff forgets to provide towels in the room, which is also unacceptable for a four-star hotel.
4. on the last day we were not allowed to have breakfast, although we had breakfast on the previous day for the same reservation. The manager did not find information that breakfast was included and refused us without explanation. There was no information in the letter from the hotel that breakfast was not included. Booked the last 2 nights on the hotel website. The first 2 nights I booked on trip.com and breakfast was indicated.

" Hooray for the intern Sem"

Being received by a not friendly lady who just walked away during the conversation after indicating that 30 minutes of check-in was only possible for an additional fee was a setback. When we indicated that we indeed wanted to check in for a fee, we were ignored. The intern Sem has more than made up for it with his friendly and service-oriented attitude. Sem thank you and good luck! Our stay was nice, room and breakfast were more than ok. And the Italian restaurant next door is definitely highly recommended.

Comfortable hotel located 40 minutes by bus from Central Station and another 30 minutes by bus from the airport.

The experience was awful
The first thing we noticed was the smell when we entered the hotel of damp but hoped the room would be ok
No it was dated not as shown on website and the carpet smelt and was badly stained the beds had springs out of them
And unfortunately we ended up been bitten by bed bugs
The bathroom mirror was disgusting and all over if we had the funds available we would have moved hotel

The room was large and clean. Very nice. And great breakfast.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by very helpful and nice staff at the front desk。 The room was big and comfortable exactly as described. Very happy to have chosen this hotel (Dutch Design Artemis Amsterdam )

"Great hotel"

Great hotel! Standard double room was of adequate size for our needs. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. The room was very quiet at night. Bathroom was great; a proper spacious room (no glass or sliding door) with underfloor heating! Shower pressure was very good. Breakfast was also very good with something for everyone. I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are happy to stay a little outside the absolute city center.  Staff was friendly and helpful. Storage room for your luggage prior and after your stay.

"Would not stay again - Rude Staff"

Shower flooded in the room after every use, asked the reception to unclog the drain / identify the problem and told us it had been resolved. Problem was not resolved and shower flooded within first 30 seconds of use again. Very unhelpful and shrugged off our complaint with no apology or help on the matter. Was also a 30 minute tram/bus journey outside the centre which wasn’t ideal. Would not stay again.
