I was having doubts , but it dissapeared at the counter.
The service was good the room was suprisingly large, you can parked your car in the hotel garage and you can go by bus or tram within walking distance.
Down the street you have a lot of dining options

I did not like the connection by public transport. Tram 19 does not stop at the door, as specified on the website, instead, you have to walk 15 minutes to get to the nearest tram.
The fridge in the room didn't cool at all, so you can't keep any food in there.

Goed te bereiken met auto en OV, prima verbindingen met het centrum en op loopafstand van Ziggo/Afas/Arena. Snelle en vriendelijke incheck, upgrade naar een ruimere kamer. Kamer schoon, weinig last van de bouwwerkzaamheden om het hotel heen. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Een aanrader!

First of all, my room was in the secondary building where in the morning some noisy renovation works had started. Housekeeping service was very poor. One day they forgot to change towels, the other day they forgot to pick the dirty towels, the other day they forgot cleaning detergent in the room with the dirty towels. I have found that hotel due to its location which is close to metro for good communication to Expo at RAI center and i have invited 2 of my business partners who also booked 2 rooms as we did. But the last day, when i asked checkout max until 12:00 ( in reality i checkout at 11:45) and they charged me 10€ for this.

No queremos poner menos de 5 estrellas para no afectar su puntuación,aunque sí tiene algunas carencias que mejorar, la experiencia a sido muy positiva en este hotel, para mi lo mas importante es la limpieza, y la habitación y baño estaban perfectamente limpios, el olor no nos gusto nada, pero es lo que me suele pasar cuando entro en hoteles con moqueta, costumbres supongo de cada país, pero me transmiten acumulación de olores y mas...yo veo el problema en la moqueta, que ya desde que entras en el pasillo se siente, otro inconveniente importante es la luz, si vas de una noche romántica , muy bien, pero no te ves la cara en el baño, maquillarse es una odisea, deberían mejorar este punto en el baño, porque tiene unos puntos de luz en el techo de color muy cálido, y apenas te ves, el secador de pelo, es como el general de los hoteles, en este caso con muy poca potencia, así que seca poco, y lento, el diseño del hotel y las habitaciones, como diseño, están muy bien, con estilo moderno, pero ya se ve bastante castigado, desperfectos sin gran importancia, pero que hacen esa sensación de deterioro, el baño es grande , con una ducha enorme, moderno y funcional, ( excepto la luz) en definitiva, la habitación muy bien en general. Algo fundamental para nosotros es el ruido.Nuestra habitación daba a un patio exterior, solo teníamos una habitación contigua, así que no tuvimos ninguna molestia de ruido, en general ,no escuchamos nada de ruidos, muy tranquilo. La atención por parte del personal del hotel, excelente, nos atendieron en todo momento con una sonrisa, cualquiera de las chicas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y encantadoras. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación, se puede ir caminando perfectamente. Hay restaurantes cercanos, muy buena experiencia, repetiriamos de nuevo, sin duda. Eso sí, espero que mejoren la luz ;)
