"The room was dirty"

The room was dirty, windows are so dirty you cant see outside, walls were full of dirty splatter and a lot, went for 6 hours and waited for room cleaning and didn’t happen until i asked for, and 284€ for 2 nights not even in a season is overpriced for the service that’s been provided.
Consider the prices for this kind of service please.

"Dreckiges Zimmer "

Dreckiges Zimmer und uns wurde nicht wirklich geholfen.

Im ganzen Hotel war es dreckig. Im essenssaal waren überall Flecken auf den Stühlen und auch die Abdrücke der Gläser.

Im Zimmer standen noch alle Flaschen und Bierdosen in schrank und geraucht wurde kein einziges Mal.

Im Badezimmer waren Spritzer und Fingerabdrücke auf dem Spiegel, die Dusche wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht.
Zudem war die Dusche voll mit Schimmel.

Trotz wiederholter Aufforderung wurde uns nur jedes mal gesagt, Wir kümmern uns drum.
Gemacht wurde es nicht.

"Clean and comfortable"

Pros: Room cleanness. Comfortable bed.
Cons: The day I arrived I tried to pour a coffee and noticed that the water tank of the coffee machine was leaking water. I sent an email requesting repair and the hotel staff replaced the water tank. The problem was not solved, so I asked to replace the whole coffee machine. They told me that I was not correctly attaching the water tank to the machine. Therefore, I requested them to attach the water tank and fill it with water, so I would not have to manipulate it. It worked for 2 days, however, when I got back on Thursday evening, the furniture below the machine was completely wet. I dried all the furniture and avoided using the coffee machine until my checkout. I was a bit frustrated because I insisted that the problem wasn´t at the water tank but at its attachment point (the rubber seal was worn out) and I was not properly heard. I recommend next time you pay more attention to customers' complaints.

"Wonderful base for a trip to AMS"

Wonderful base for a trip to AMS. Fabulous, friendly and very helpful staff, from Reception down to the Cleaning team. Spacious,well equipped rooms, very comfortable beds. Short walk to rail/bus/trams, and weather permitting a half hour lovely stroll to the City Centre via the scenic Westerpark. Am already planning my next trip.

"Elegancko"

Pokój przytulny, w znacznej mierze czysty (problemy z kurzem na szafkach itp). Cicho, ciepło, komfortowo. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra i AFAS (na którym mi zależało).

"XO Hotel Park West Amsterdam"

I have stayed many times at XO Hotel Park West and have always had an excelent stay. All staff are professional and extremely enthusiastic when engaging guests throughout the hotel.
A reallly large, secured, underground garage is available and a buffet breakfast to satisfy anyone's appetite.

"It was a nice hotel with a lot of space…"

It was a nice hotel with a lot of space in the bedroom. Only checking in en checking out was too unpersonal. There was at the evening a receptionist as well in the morning, but we had to do everything ourselves instead of helping us. Especcially when you arrive at night it is a very nice gesture to do the check in personal. The prices for the rooms give you high expections.

"Leuk hotel"

Leuk hotel, iedere keer als we naar Amsterdam gaan dan boeken we het XO hotel park west.

Op enkele meters is er een tramhalte dus ideaal en je bent snel het centrum in.

Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en lekker.
Vriendelijk personeel.

"Book Away"

Lovely, friendly staff who are very helpful. Room was clean and the soundproofing was amazing, have no complaints and the perfect distance if you want to go to the centre (by tram.) Just be mindful of the teens on mopeds zooming around near the shopping centre close by to the hotel ;)
