"The staff were very helpful"

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was really nice and a good variety even for vegetarians. The hotel is very central to all the sights and with in a short walking distance to the train station and the bike lock up area if you need to store a bike overnight. Rooms in the hotel were warm and clean with a coffee machine which was very nice.

"XO West had comfy rooms but transport issues"

XO West had comfy rooms, but there are has fairly limited places around it but great if you're parking there. No restaurant onsite but a good Italian 5 mins walk away. The only issue is that Tram 19 no longer goes to the hotel so getting in the the centre of Amsterdam is a pain: a 15 min walk to the railway station or a walk to another tram line, or bus.

Das Hotel ist im Grossen und Ganzen ok, aber mehr nicht. Am Eingang liegt eine verdreckte Schmutzfangmatte, das gleiche im Bereich zum Frühstücksraum; da ist es durchaus kein Aushängeschild. Ein 0815- Frühstück für 18.- Euro pro Person war enttäuschend.
Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, das Rückteil des Bettes war beschädigt, sah unschön aus, die Matratzen waren einfach und nur hart. Im geräumigen Bad gab es einen Vergrösserungspiegel, der verdreckt war, ähnlich wie die Ränder um die Dusche herum. Im Eingangsbereich der Tiefgarage, die tatsächlich mit 20.- Euro pro Tag preiswert ist, hat es vor den Aufzügen nach Urin gerochen. Es war nicht appetitlich. In der Gesamtheit war es in unserem Zimmer zur Seite heraus laut und ein Fenster liess sich nur mit Anwendung von roher Gewalt schließen. Dieses Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen und bräuchte unbedingt eine Überarbeitung.

Merci pour vos prestations. Digitalisation des enregistrements, chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix autre que du sucré, du personnel accueillant et souriant. Un très bon moment au sein de votre hôtel. Je recommande !

"Gut gelegenes Hotel"

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt.
Leider war der Lärm der halbstündlich (nachts mindestens stündlich) laufenden Lüftungsanlage sehr störend und hat nicht zu einem ruhigen Schlaf geführt.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, vielleicht wäre etwas Abwechslung in den Wurst- und Käsesorten eine Anregung.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

"Excellent"

The room was great. Plenty of space. It was spotless . The bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean and the shower was fab. The lady who greeted us on our first day was so friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay in one of these hotels again. Great location , 5 min walk to station which was one stop away from Amsterdam Central.

Great attention, gratis staff, excellent location, perfect room, couldn't have asked for more, everything was beautiful, and it was greatly connected to the main transport lines in the City, so access to the city centre was Quick and easy.

The staff was very helpful and we Would Just need to approach the counter and they would help us, give us their very best recommended places, things to do and event the fastest transportation.
