"Merula 200mps new build setup"
Fantastic customer service, was contacted within a couple of hours of the initial sign up despite it being well into the evening. There had been an issue connecting up the new houses on site, nothing to do with Merula but they kindly liaised with OFNL to get an engineer out ASAP and had me up and running in no time.
I've tested the speed of the connection a number of times since joining 3 weeks ago and it's always been at or very close to the 200mps package I pay for (I am using my own router as opposed to the out the box one offered by Merula). All round great experience so far.

I was little worried moving into my new home, because I knew I wouldn't be with Virgin (who I used before and most recently more reliable), and moving into a new build we were limited by service providers - most of which I'd never heard of in my life however I needn't have worried with Merula!
Firstly I do pay slightly more, but the customer service sets it apart! Even from when I signed up the communication was excellent, and despite not being fully connected Chip temporarily managed to get me internet at my new property before I moved in!!!
They even communicated with me at 10:00 in the evening! You don't get that with most companies

"So far so good"
So far so good, I live on the new estate so we are limited to bunch of broadband providers. We had a lot of trouble with speed, lost of connection and bad customer services. Since moved to Merula 6 month ago, all troubles gone. Connection established within one day, no slow speed during pick hours. Very happy with the service, highly recommend.

Easy to sign up, router came within 2 days. There was a little bit of confusion with the quick start guide to set up the router however it was solved within minutes thanks to their support team. Can't fault them at all, thank you.

Had to leave Andrews and Arnold due to a house move to an OFNL area, so the support bar was set high. Merula didn't disappoint.
Despite issues with the local contractors, and shipping issues, Chris was on top of our order from the moment I enquired.
I wrote to multiple OFNL providers, and before some had even acknowledged my email, Merula had got back to me, and and then followed up the build out status with the network.
Box arrived, online in no time with speeds as advertised.
