So far all good and no regrets. Signed up in the morning and within a couple hours was sent login details to use with my own router. Tried these a few hours later and was online straight away. Ran a few speed tests and was getting speed I paid for.
Customer service was good and was refreshing to deal with a human instead of a chat bot or a call center which does not understand - which has been my experience of large telcos used before.

I was hesitant as never used Merula and OFNL before. Order placed on Friday at 3pm, router delivered on Saturday 10.30am, up and running. Service is better than expected with 7ms ping. I barely give comments but these guys are brilliant.

The sales person gave several reassurances on steady internet connectivity as I work from home.
Internet keeps cutting out several times a day. When I called to report this they told me to "switch off the router off and turn it back on". It didn't fix the issue. They then gave me a bunch of excuses and told me to buy a WiFi booster with my own money to fix their internet issue.
They finally replaced the router that I had to buy as part of their internet services but the internet still kept cutting. They also reduced the speed of my internet from 120mbs to 40mbs (when I had paid for 120mbs) but still charged me the same amount of money.
I finally left Merula and went to Monkey Tree Hosting (fantastic company, internet hasn't dropped once, been with them over 6 months now).
Merula refused to refund me for the price of the router or for all the months that the internet issue was happening. This is also the second time I've had to post a 1 star review because my original one was removed 🤔
Merula is terrible for internet connectivity and customer service. Go elsewhere for your internet.

"Very Quick and Easy process"
I ordered online and they sent a router as well as instructions on what to do when the router arrives. I was connected within 2 days, and when the router was slightly delayed by the courrier, Merula updated me reassuring me that the router would arrive promptly. Now with everything sorted, the wifi range and speed has been very impressive.

Just signed up with Merula for their OFNL connection, migrating from a VM02 service!
Good communication from start to finish which only took a few hours. 9AM ordered through their website, 11:40AM (same Day!) email received to say my service is now live with the login details. I mistakenly used the wrong login details and very quickly realised and corrected it to get online, a few minutes later I get a phone call asking if I needed any assistance as they had seen that I had tried to login with the wrong details. Top class service, and a good feeling of picking the right company for my broadband service.
