"Merula should be your supplier!"

Richard and the team at Merula have been brilliant! VERY responsive to emails even on weekends to help me get switched over from AirBB who went bust.
technical support on hand 24/7 to help me keep my original setup due to some customizations to my home network.

Had to switch due to my current provider not being able to provide the OFNL service any more

What a breath of fresh air to have a provider that more or less immediately responds and sorts things out, unlike my previous provider, wish I had switched years ago

"Unbelievable customer experience!"

I've recently being dumped by existing broadband provider and within minutes I managed to transfer my contract over thanks to a very responsive team via email who sent me a code to use on their website.

The next day my WiFi already existed and after 2 days an incredible operator who followed every step of the way via email (even by sending pics) helped me get connected.

I pay less, I have better WiFi and customer service has been second to none.

"Very personable and easy to communicate with"

I found them (Chris) in particular to be very easy to deal with and very personable, which is a refreshing change when dealing with customer services in these types of companies. They sorted my issue as a matter of priority and I am very happy with their level of service.

"Great Service"

We have been using Merula for a couple of months now and have found them to be flawless.

Our new house is connected via OFNL which doesn't have any of the 'usual suspect' ISPs, so I decided to give Merula a go due to a static IPv4 coming as standard (which most other ISPs seem to charge extra for) and working IPv6, and I'm glad I did.

Responses to email enquiries are very quick and the people on the other end of them very knowledgeable.

Absolutely no complaints here.

"Fantastic and fast service"

Fantastic and fast service. Had an issue in the beginning through my own fault but it was resolved miraculously and with a speed, that's what you like to see with a great broadband provider! Well done guys :)

"Long time customer review"

I have been with Merula for 8 yrs or more now . I very rarely have any issues ,but whenever I do , the team reply to emails VERY quickly and go the extra mile to resolve . I usually deal with one or two people who see the problem through to resolution . This is great for me as I find internet issues very frustrating and dealing with other companies in the past has been a nightmare .

My connection and speeds are very stable and overall the service I've received from Merula over the years has been second to none .
