I ordered a 50 110V extension reel and was sent a 25 metre extension reel. I have contacted the company on several occasions, both by phone and email. The sales department will communicate by phone but for refunds or returns I am told all communication must be by email, which is frustrating when they will not resolve the principle issue.
I am still waiting for a refund for the difference between the amount I paid and the actual goods I received. It's now three weeks since I paid them for my original purchase and so far I have not received a refund.

Bought a Dewalt mitre saw with tool-net, they had the best price online in the UK and delivered to Ireland for a reasonable price. They were also able to deal with irish VAT numbers which is great. Will order again.

Was the cheapest price I could find for my paslode nailer. They don't have a massive range but what they have is good value. Delivery was reasonable, shame it wasn't free, that's my only reservation as most suppliers are nowadays.

AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY, they owe me € 620.47
I ordered a product, paid by visa, had to contact the company as
there was no sign of it coming.
They said it was out of stock, after me checking it was available
before ordering.
I asked for a refund and I keep getting the same rubbish, accounts dept are busy,
we are making our way through a large volume of emails.
They even answered a mail I sent mid day Friday, on a Sunday.
I have contacted my Solicitor and my Visa provider and am
currently putting together a case against them.

And as for a faster response, you have my emails, and
are doing nothing but making excuses, it takes only minutes
to refund my account.

I received an email on 25.10.17 from toolnet, stating my refund was complete. I passed that on to my card provider, and they will update me when the funds are received.
I look forward to never having to deal with toolnet ever again.
Will update when my account shows payment received.

They refunded me, and true to form, they could not get it right,
I am still down money due to this companies false advertising.

I looked on your site, and there are no similar sized saws available,
There are a lot of saws listed Collection Only, so no point in looking
at those, and no point as they might mysteriously not be in stock either.
I can not log into my visa account because of the storm here this evening,
So I do not know if you have taken payment, if so, please refund my card,
If not, then no problem there.
It is not right that you advertise something as being in stock when it clearly
was not, If I loose any money on the exchange of euro to Sterling and back,

I made an online purchase on the 12/10/2017
and paid €620.47 for a Chainsaw, that was falsely
advertised as being in stock unless otherwise stated.
On the Sixteenth of this month I contacted the company
via email, as I had not received any contact from them
Regarding my order status.
They said the product was not in stock, they offered another
which was no good to me, too small for what I required.
I asked for a refund, and was told it would take up to 48 Hours.
I am still waiting, and have sent the company several emails.
They firstly said their accounts department were busy,
Then they said they were back logged with emails, emails have
nothing what so ever to do with refunding a customer, they
read my emails, responded, but have not refunded my money.
I emailed them last Friday, mid day, and got we are chasing it up
email from them on a Sunday, and nothing since.
Looking on-line lots of people are having problems with this company.
This company took my money under false pretences, and will not
Give it back.
This company very cunningly have an order only hotline phone number,
there is no other way I can contact them other than via email,
and I have to be careful in this regard as I do not want to
give them any excuse to block me, else I will then have absolutely no way
to get in touch with them, others have said they suffered this ploy when
they kept looking for answers.
I just don’t know what to do about this company, and because of the distance
It looks like they will just keep on doing nothing as long as no one brings them to task.
This company has scammed me, and I ask that someone please investigate
this matter.

this is the worst online retail i placed my order then got a email saying they wanted extra delivery charge which was excessive i cancelled the order which was accepted and said it would take up to 48 hours to process 7 days and several email later i kept getting the excuse that there accounts dept was busy and it would be deposited soon after 7 days i opened a case with pay pal who got my money back thank goodness i used pay pal for this transaction please do avoid this site
