Unacceptable. I was told that my product was out of stock but they still took the payment of 580. I never received the product or a refund. That was back in start of January. They are a ducking joke. But I'll keep chasing my money. Stay far away from this company.

Appear to have gone out business but they dont actually say that. It says their fulfilment partner is not currently taking orders. This implies toolnet still trading but they have a supplier problem. Why not just say the truth?

Ordered goods on 15th and 18th. Chased them on 19th and they Sent me an email saying that the goods were delayed slightly!
Following Friday phone lines down and website says:
Contact your card issuer!?!?!?
Looks like they’ve gone bump but I can’t do anything until 30 days has passed or there is official word on their website confirming they are no longer trading!!!!
If you’re no longer trading “tool net”, at least have the balls to come out and say so otherwise people like me who are clearly not going to receive anything from you have to wait unnecessarily to get their money back from the card issuer!!!

They happily took my money on Wednesday for two 'hop-ups' we paid extra for delivery on Thursday.....Now complete silence.
It would seem this company has gone pop.

Bought and paid clarke 4hp motor one week ago website down, phone number not in use and no reply to emails, rang Clarke directly and they informed me they never even ordered the motor. So basically have been robbed and unsure what to do now . my workshop has been down 2 weeks

I can tell you why the reviews are 1 STAR or 5 STAR.
It's because this company sends you an email after your purchase looking for a review and once done they issue you with a discount on your next purchase. So I got this email promise done the "5 Star" review and a few days after looked to use the discount promised and was told it had expired!
I'm still waiting for a refund due to me from this company after being messed about for a few weeks...
