I ordered a Triton Finger Jointer FJA300 we emailed back a forth until they gave me the full price with shipping charges> I ordered it and paid for it with my Paypal account and then they emailed me that this item was no longer available from Triton because Triton Discontinued making them they issued me a refund within their guidelines and sent me more emails. Avery good company to do business with and I will oeder again from them when needed.

"Very poor customer service"
Very poor customer service, they are not as I thought a bricks and mortar business and appear to keep no stock as the business seems to be run from a private residence. The customer hotline is not so hot and don't even stick to the meagre 10-4 opening hours.
I prefer to order from smaller UK retailers rather than Amazon, but in this case wished I hadn't. I placed an order on a Tuesday needing them for the weekend, I was then told on Thursday evening that 2 of the 7 items were out of stock and even the rest had not been dispatched. I cancelled the order as even at this late stage I could still get what I wanted from Amazon for the weekend. As yet still awaiting my refund 8 days after cancelling.

STILL AWAITING A REFUND 2 MONTHS AFTER CANCELLING ORDER!
Ordered a ladder 19th September. I was then informed that they were out of stock until 18th October, I kept the order. 10th October I was informed that this had now moved to the 6th November so cancelled my order and informed to wait 1-2 days for refund.
6th December still awaiting a refund. This is nearly 3 months that you will have had my £250 without communication.
Note on their website that the phone number which is rarely answered is for payments only!
