I ordered a Silver Storm Electric winch, to replace an old winch unsafe one for my business, the service was excellent and delivered on time so didn't effect my business.

Awful service.
Took my money, then 3 days later informed me item unavailable from Makita - this was a lie as I got the item from another supplier via Makita.
Then kept my money for almost 2 weeks before finally refunding after I had to bomb their email account.
They have no customer service phone line. Every email I received was from a different (made up) sender name.
Their website guarantees everything on the site is in stock unless stated. This is another lie.
Will not be shopping here again and have warned my friends to stay away.
