"Frustratingly Unprofessional"

So, so frustrating. I'm really disappointed in this service and wish I had never put myself through this in the first place.

They initially put me on the med I asked for, but then took so long to review my monthly questionnaire the prescription lapsed. I ran out of meds and am now going through withdrawal without the support of a real doctor. It was 4 full days of my questionnaire being ignored before I locked my credit card so they couldn't charge me the monthly service fee. Once I did that, suddenly I had a response within 2 hours. But the response wasn't to actually help process the prescription it was just to ask me to update the card so they could charge it lol if you aren't "managing" my mental health care and you aren't sending my prescriptions out....what exactly are you charging me for???

Then they lied and said they didn't charge me for the prescription they never mailed out however my bank statement shows they did. Then they claim I specifically asked them to put a hold on the meds which is also a lie, I indicated on my questionnaire that I liked the med and wanted to continue it. Every single email is a different doctor or representative answering so they never seem to know what's going on. Finally I got fed up and requested they completely cancel my subscription... to which I have received zero response or assistance. Beware beware beware----awful, unprofessional company.

Never use this company. It takes days for them to answer you. Still after two weeks and then taking money I still don’t have a prescription. They claim my insurance won’t cover. I have good insurance so that’s bull. Avoid this company at all cost

Do NOT use this company!! Absolute worst ever, a total joke. There should be some kind of vetting for online companies like this claiming to provide healthcare. All contact is conducted via chat, and it takes them 4 or 5 days to respond to your message each time. This is the method they're using to diagnose people and treat them!! There's no video call, no call at all. When the "doctor" finally prescribed me something after weeks, it was a medication I expressly said from the beginning that I didn't want to take. I told her that, and that I was unhappy with the service, and then that was it. I was dropped off to a "customer service" department who told me they didn't issue any refunds, ever, for any reason. Horrible.

Nurex started out as a very easy fast way for me to receive treatment.
Then I paused my refills.Once I wanted to restart my meds!
I received messages that take days for a reply to my response. I've been told my scrip active. When it's been expired for 3 months. Last they want Dr report on labs. We'll they should have requested them in January. Seems I'm getting half truths and a runaround by this system of online Dr's? Or worse they are to big to service their long time customers.
