My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. They bombard you with texts and emails, and even after you respond, it seems your answers are never sufficient. The constant communication became so overwhelming that I eventually had to block them.
I attempted to refill a prescription for Latisse nine days ago, but it was never filled. Instead, they insisted I complete a survey for a product I have no interest in.
At this point, it feels like the company is being run by an incompetent AI. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This is an absolute scam of a website, DO NOT use. They been secretly syphoning money from my card for a prescription I do not want to subscribe to. On their website they made it impossible to cancel. I been in contact with amex fraud department, what a total mess. WORST website ever made, I cant even express how much I hate this company, total garbage. Dont even bother replying like you done on the other reviews to try to weasel yourself out of it, I dont want anything to do with this garbage company beside get my card details off their scam website

"Unsubscribed because they paired up with pro-choice group "
I immediately unsubscribed from their services when I started getting emails about how they were pairing up with a pro choice group called Power to Decide.
Power to Decide literally has an abortion finder function for abortion services and resources on their website.
I will not support a company that is paired up with a group that promotes the death of little boys and girls in utero.
It’s absolutley evil.

I am absolutely happy with the medication that I was prescribed. The doctors over at Nurx, looked at my photo's of my skin and knew what I needed, and that prescription is working wonders right now. I sincerely thank them for this. I rate them at the highest level. Thank you so much. It's been nothing but blessing for me.

"Will charge you without warning"
I needed a 1 time prescription for a skin condition that I already knew I had. They decided to sign me up for a refill every 90 days. They do not warn you that it will refill and charge you. They then tell you that it is illegal to return the prescription or refund you. TERRIBLE business practices!
