"Horrible customer service and deceptive…"

Horrible customer service and deceptive practices. Absolutely do not recommend. They do not care about you. They are just trying to push reoccurring subscriptions and don’t actually care if you have the condition in concern.

"They have charged me $120 in the last…"

They have charged me $120 in the last two months for a prescription that I had covered by my insurance 100%. Never once did I have an appointment or speak to a doctor and it took them a month to even send me the prescription! Complete fraud! They keep charging me even though I keep telling them I want to cancel

"Predatory and unhelpful"

I used Nurx several years ago and it was great. I tried to start using them again recently and it has been nothing but stress. The only price they post if you don’t have insurance is 15 dollars and they didn’t tell me when my insurance wasn’t accepted that my prescription would be double that. They just charged my account 90 dollars and then when I was upset they just said “once a prescription is sent there are no refunds!” It felt very predatory like they are taking advantage of people who need a specific birth control and can’t get it any other way. Also using their messaging feature is a nightmare. Each time I got a response I would write back right away and then not hear again for sometimes two days. I was messaging for five days trying to ask just one question before I gave up and called. On the phone they are impatient and lacking in kindness. Don’t use this company. Just insanely horrible.

"Not Great Experience "

I used this company once and it was an excellent experience. I felt heard as a patient and all my questions were answered. This last visit with them it was not as great and I was not treated for anything. When asking for a second opinion you didn’t get a better outcome: they just agree with previous opinion. Heather (NP) be patient with those who use this service and listen to them, also they may not be as knowledgeable with certain conditions, but are using this service because they need the help with their health. Don’t just jump to conclusions. My advice to patients using this service is don’t let the providers make you feel unknowledgeable and convince you that you are incorrect of how you are feeling. Try to be as specific as possible!

Listen to the reviews about them just wanting your money.

There are plenty other alternative sites that offer the same services, for a better price and with a better system.

I ordered 6 months of birth control and then became pregnant. I forgot I had auto refills on and when I received a message saying they were preparing my order, I logged in and cancelled my auto refills. I then when to the order page and saw there was no pending/active orders.

Somehow, two days later, I recieved a message saying my order was dispatched and I was charged $150. I chatted with their customer support (which takes 24 hours for a reply, is not a real person, and offers no actual support). They said that cancelling an auto refill doesn't *actually* cancel anything and I have to explicitly chat in the customer service chat and say I want to cancel. Their UI is extremely unclear and I believe is designed to keep people unknowingly paying and making it very difficult to cancel. They never offer reimbursements for their misatkes.

Truly, do not use.

"Surprise autopay you can't opt out of!"

Surprise autopay you can't opt out of! They absolutely will steal money from you.

There is no mention of autopay on their website that I can find. There is no warning that there will be surprise charges to your account that hit around 3 AM EST. They'll just send you a text *after* the fact.

There is no way to opt out of payments you hadn't been informed of being deducted from your account automatically and without warning. No option to just be sent a bill or invoice. No option to delete your account or remove your payment information.

I'm pretty sure this isn't even legal.

"They only want your $"

They charge you for a response from a robot, and won’t refund you if you aren’t eligible for the medication. Total waste of money, terrible customer service, they pay for the good reviews that they have. Stay away.

Takes too long to get a provider response. Quicker to get in with PCP but once communication starts they bill you anyways and won't refund.

"DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE !"

A f-ing joke of a service. I have been using the Pill Club for years to get my birth control shipped straight to my house, and now NURX is saying they don't take my insurance, but nothing has changed with my insurance and it should be covered. I put in a request 5 MONTHS AGO to get my BC, and still haven't received any birth control. And given I am a young women who has had the displeasure of losing one of my ovaries AND fallopian tube to a large cyst, I need the birth control as it mitigates the formation of large cysts. I keep telling them to cancel my prescription and deactivate my account but they just keep telling me to try and pick it up at my local pharmacy, but the pharmacy always tells me it will be ready next time.. for 5 f-ing months. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE !
