"Bad Experience.. Charged extra and no help"
I have been getting automatic refills for my prescription for almost a year now. This months auto-refill for some reason didn't get billed through my insurance so it automatically charged and refilled my prescription an extra $110 dollars.
When I asked why my insurance didn't get billed, they said i somehow toggled off the "bill my insurance" icon. WHAT ICON?? I've looked all over the website, asked them multiple times via chat where this toggle is but they don't give me an answer. Then they tried to say I just added my new insurance so it wasn't in the system.. but I can see the date I added my insurance and it shows last November.
Anyways, they said it's too late to refund as the order has been already placed. Well this will be my last order through nurx!

"I do not like feeling deceived."
Instead of saying $30 for a one month supply and making you think that you're getting three tubes of prescription, be upfront that it's only ONE 1-ounce tube for $90 to last 3 months. Inform the customer and let them decided if they want to proceed, instead of trying to trick the customer. What is the big deal in saying it's only one tube it's above board?
Update: I reached out as the below message from nurx said and got no reply. Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be the standard reply. In my case, it wasted my time and only upset me more.

0 stars. It’s a scam. They’ll send you and charge you even though you reschedule or postpone your subscription. It’s hard to cancel your or delay so they’ll keep on charging your account. Beware!

Trying to refill my birth control prescription took so long it was faster to book my own gynecologist appointment. Questions would go unanswered for days and often had incomplete answers. They only provide canned responses for refund requests. If the wait times are long they should be transparent before people pay money for a supposedly fast and easy service. Would only use if I had no other option.
