"Company is not professional and only…"

Company is not professional and only cares about your money. They take forever to respond to your messages and the only time they reach out is because they want money. They doubled charge you as well and when you contact them to fix it they won’t. Scam India doctors.

"Do not recommend "

Ok for birth control once the auto refill start. But canceling prescription subscriptions is hard, I needed up with way too much acne meds as it’s delivered too frequently and couldn’t get it to stop. Asked if they could be sent to a pharmacy instead of delivering and it cause all kinds of back up ‘why’ questions so clearly they make off somehow mailing it and bypassing pharmacy. Still never got a med sent to a pharmacy. Takes days to respond to questions. Don’t recommend.

"NURX has bad service"

I got birth control from this company 3 months ago because it was supposed to make the process easy. The service lacking. After I receive my first 3-month prescription, I haven't been able to get any informaiton on refills, billing, cost, insurance coverage etc. A week from needing a refill and I do not know if my medicine is coming. For most of their services, it is dangerous to have unreliable and consistent medication.

"ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I first started using Nurx in 2018, when they had amazing customer service and you would get a response within hours. It has gone downhill after 2019, so I canceled their services. I recently gave Nurx another try. I had a question regarding insurance and payment, but no one was here to answer for DAYS. By then, my medication has been sent out and my card was charged. Almost every message I received was from an automated agent. Did your customer service reps all get replaced by AI??? Avoid!!!

"How long should it take to get a…"

How long should it take to get a perscription filled? I signed on with this company out of all the options I could have chosen because I used to have the Pill club- which was amazing. Nurx charged $40 for a consult that never really happened, I just filled out a bunch of health questions, then they never sent me my prescription. They said they were going to but they cancelled it without notice. So annoyed I wasted so much time on this company and am out $40. Trying to dispute the charge with my credit card now. STAY AWAY!!!

"Beware of Nurx...it is a scam!"

I have been charged twice for a prescription I requested and once for a prescription I did not request. I attempted several times through messaging to stop the prescription I didn't request. I was told it was put on hold, then I received notification it had shipped anyway, and now I cannot get a refund.

The credit card on file has been deactivated because I cannot trust that Nurx will not continue to charge me for items I did not request. If I do not receive the prescriptions, I will be reporting Nurx for fraud to the Better Business Bureau.

"Try Another Online Service"

Didn't have a good experience with Nurx. Messages would take days for a response that would come late at night. Long and confusing instructions via messaging for my prescriptions. Responses would arrive for questions that didn't apply to me or were no longer relevant.

"Unethical Medical Practice "

As others have said, their once good service has gone completely downhill. Due to a technical glitch that they've acknowledged, my Lexapro prescription wasn't auto-filled and I didn't notice until it was too late. I have spent days waiting, and hours on the phone, trying to get them to get me my pills. For days now, I have been telling them that this is an emergency as I get debilitating withdrawal symptoms without my medication. Absolutely no urgency on their end and I can't get anyone to help me. I was told someone would help me by EOD Friday. It's Monday and I have, once again, been told not to call back in and that someone will help me by EOD. I've told every single person that I've talked to that this is an emergency.

Absolutely unacceptable. I would have never used their services if I knew this is how they treat emergencies. I will be filing a FTC fraud report and a complaint for Medical Fraud with the FBI. I encourage others to do the same. This is unacceptable for a "medical provider."

"Prescription cancelled for asking a question "

I asked if I could get a prescription for a pharmacy and how much it would cost. They completely ignored my question, gave me no answers, and canceled an important order I needed asap. At no point did I request my order to be canceled or did I give any indication, other than to ask if I could get it from a pharmacy, that my order should be canceled. I don’t know how “is it possible to get a prescription” translates to “we’re canceling your order” and giving you absolutely no information about getting a prescription. Literally no help. Prior to this I had no issues but now they decided to cancel and I’m about to bleed super heavy with severe pain because I asked a simple question. I would avoid or just do as your told, take what they give, and don’t ask questions since they punish those who ask questions by withholding vital meds and not giving any answers.
