Dear Adorama Team,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. I received a package that was incomplete, and my attempts to resolve the issue were met with complete disregard and a lack of communication.
The way my complaint was handled (or rather, not handled) has left me thoroughly frustrated. I had hoped for a timely and helpful resolution, but unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
Based on this incident, I cannot recommend your services, as it seems that customer concerns are not being addressed appropriately. I sincerely hope that Adorama takes steps to improve its communication and customer service to prevent others from having the same unfortunate experience.

"Worst online retailer ever."
Worst store ever. Place a hold on my shipment literally an hour before scheduled delivery for no reason. I contacted support 3 separate times, each time they said they would clear it up and wait 2-3 business days. on the 3rd attempt the representative told me it would take 2-3 days to clear the hold. I told her you know screw that, I'm filing a dispute I paid for next day shipping it's been over a week. I went on UPS's site an hour later and within 10 minutes of me telling her I was filing a dispute they put a request to return to sender in.
Stick to B&H, or Samys.

"Great selection - crap customer service"
Great selection. However when I went to ask a question about shipping the CSR was rude and unhelpful and then closed the chat without asking if there were more questions!! After they said they don't ship to Hawaii i guess they decided i wasn't worth speaking to anymore. Bad move guys.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. They are truly professional, helpful and honest. I have worked with Steve Chill in the past for purchases on used equipment. I've never been disappointed on the used equipment front as it's everything as described in the notes. Steve has answered many of my questions on what things mean.
I've worked with Yankel Zenwirth on my trade - in and this is my first experience doing so. It was a very simple process. I chose to take the store credit and bought an open box item. Would definitely do this again.

I was sold a DOA return as an open box item. But they accepted the return quickly and issued a refund. However, the refund was not a complete refund. About 5% of the cost of the item was not refunded, I assume as a return shipping cost.

I ordered a Canon 400mm F/4 USM II lens (2014) from them two weeks ago. I ordered it because of its lighter weight, better sharpness and better image stabilization as compared to its predecessor Canon 400 mm F/4 USM (2001) lens.
Instead they shipped me Canon 400 MM F/4 USM lens. I paid close to $3600 for the transaction. I could have purchased the USM lens for $1800 to $2000 on KEH or MPB if I wanted to purchase a "LIKE NEW" USM Lens.
Totally disappointed with the company. I have an Africa trip next week and now I am scrambling to purchase or rent USM II lens for the trip.
What a waste of time!
