"Don’t buy from Adorama "
I bought a used drone from Adorama and it is still bound to the previous owner. I am now stuck with a product I paid for and unable to use. I have been going through “let’s wait and see” for almost 2 weeks and I brought this unusable drone with me to travel in SE Asia. I have a client project coming in 4 days and they have left me in a huge pinch. They offered to send me a replacement 3 days ago which would solve the issue, but still in a waiting game. DJI won’t help me — they say it was fault of reseller (Adorama) that they resold a drone that was still linked to a previous owner. They have cost me money to haul extra camera gear/luggae fees and about to cost me a client and damage my reputation. Not worth the cost of the drone.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you need any customer support, you’ll be waiting and getting scripts vs actual common sense support.

The company, Adorama, was fine. The shipper, UPS, had and is still having troubles communicating with customers and coordinating with USPS. I'm still waiting for the reorder of one of the 3 items in my order.
