"BS “verification process” / terrible experience "
Would rate lower if I could. Tried to buy a $3.5k drone. First time placed on verification hold, they said they couldn’t ship it to my shipping address because it didn’t match my billing address. So I changed my billing address to my shipping address and tried again and they still placed it on hold. It makes no sense. They asked me when I moved and wanted to know why I didn’t change my billing address (my family lives in one state so I keep my billing address there). Never in my life have I been denied a transaction because shipping didn’t match billing. It felt like BS. Tbh I think they’re doing some sketchy stuff and denying customers if they don’t wanna ship an expensive package to a big city where it could be stolen en route. That’s my guess.
