I sold my Canon 5D Mark IV to Adorama. I felt the offer was fair given everything about the camera. I did feel that the accessory pricing for items that I had that were new were quite low but when you subtract the hassle, time, and fee that sites e**y would have charged, I felt they were fair as well. Email could have been clearer regarding the offer including the accessories I sent it so that I didn't have to call but all in all, an easy process.

Everything about shopping at Adorama has been easy.
My father used to own a commercial art studio and Adorama was one of their vendors, they always had a good experience too. Obviously it's where professionals go for gear and equipment too.
It's great I can shop online with them, and get my item delivered quickly since I don't live in NYC.
My favorite thing is finding a refurbished item that would normally be out of budget buying used equipment that's been inspected by professionals has let me fit these things in my budget. It also keeps perfectly working equipment out of landfills and my experience with the quality so far has been 100% positive. I've gotten my camera body, a massive 800mm lens, a stereo receiver and speakers and all of them work beautifully and looked brand new.
The other great thing about Adorama is their customer service. Friendly HUMANS that take their time to work with their customers. A+++
