"I tried to purchase a rower through VM…"
I tried to purchase a rower through VM express on Target thinking target would have to be somewhat responsible. i was emailed shortly after purchase and told there was a pricing error? and the order would be cancelled. the order sat in limbo on my account for a few days and the delivery date was even moved back. then i got an email from target that the order was cancelled due to my address? i used $20 in target gift cards and only $15 was refunded. on top of that this "open charge" from the company resulted in a fraud alert being put on my card and I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone getting access back. The rower is still listed for sale at the same price and it shows it can ship to my zip code and i live in a house. i tried to call Target about the situation and they would only offer to transfer me to VM EXPRESS. I am now out $5 and all my research on the equipment i wanted to buy is to waste. Don't buy 3rd party and DON'T BUY FROM VM EXPRESS.

"Merchandise never delivered"
I purchase some storage containers from VM Express through Amazon marketplace. The company build me and claimed I recieved the merchandise but I of course did not. I tried to dispute the charge through my credit card, but the credit card claimed the company had proof of delivery. I will never buy from this company again, maybe you shouldn't either.

"BEWARE!!"
BEWARE! This is the worst company to do business with! I will NEVER buy from these people again! They will not return past 30 days or if it doesn't meet their expectations. I have a brand new Cell generator that I purchased from Walmart, but the 3rd party was VM EXPress. I purchased this item right before Covid 19, due to personal reasons (losing my job) I was not able to return it in time. Walmart was so genuine and respectful to me but the women that I spoke to for my order was absolutely HORRIBLE! She had an attitude the minute she started to repeat the return policy to me 3 times! She did not want to hear anything I had to say or even TRY to work with me. She hung up in my face! So just know if you are shopping with anybody to make sure you are not buying from VM Express or VM Innovations. I even said can we swap it for the one I actually need? It was a 600$ product, she repeated the 30 days again. I am highly upset, not only that I spent a lot of this product but also how this was handled. I also asked to speak to someone else and she said, "There is no one else you can speak to."

"Price Gouging"
"Price gouging occurs when a seller increases the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. Usually, this event occurs after a demand or supply shock. Common examples include price increases of basic necessities after natural disasters."
Below you will see their standard answer to this complaint, which there have been many, since they have increased their pricing 100% since covid-19

"DEFECTIVE A/C"
I purchased a free standing air conditioner through ebay. When it arrived 4 days after the guarantied delivery date it was a defective unit. It was covered in oil, with an undamaged box. This unit was defective when it was packaged. I contacted the company and was advised to start a ebay return. I was then contacted by them and was told that i would receive a full refund and that they didn't want the defective unit back. I was then told in order for them to give me a full refund, i needed to close my ebay return. I questioned that at the time, knowing that an ebay return couldn't be re opened after closing. I notified them that the ebay return had been closed. Then i was notified that i needed to re open my ebay return in order to receive my full refund. They know that isn't possible! I never received my refund! do not buy from this company!

"Buyer Beware…prepare to receive defective & damaged goods"
This company and it's affiliated companies appear to be just a scam and another fraudulent way of bilking you out of your money. They appear to buy junk & defective goods and resell it at markup, only to have the buyer contact them for return or refund when they receive it damaged or defective (have to wait up to 48hrs each time) just enough to get you past the timeframe for a return. I fell victim to this. They shipped damaged a $500 appliance in a perfectly undamaged box. When contacted about getting them to pick it up and refund my money....thus starts their scam..offer a small $20-$40 discount to keep it & when you still want them to return it..you get the run around and enter into a vicious circle of repeated emails, calls, etc. Save yourself the time. My suggestion, dont waste your time or money and buy anything from VM Express, VM Innovations or Spreetail, LLC. Check out over 100 of the similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website. Those are actual cases...they paint quite the picture of scams and fraudulent dealings.

"Don’t trust VM EXPRESS"
purchased a fire pit off of ebay through VM Express on June 14th at 6:09 am, I then tried to cancel the order same day, two minuets later at 6:11 am. The seller would not respond to my request, however they did manage to send me a confirmation of shipment at 6:35 am. I then received the 70 pound fire pit on June 17th. I hired a handy man for $120 to assemble the unit so I can put it to use.At this point, I have already spent 357.88 on a fire pit that would not ignite fire-The item was defective, as uploaded in the previous dispute. I tried contacting VM Express and they advised to contact the manufacturer to identify the damaged piece. I was on hold for hours and sent countless emails, at my luck no response. VM Express then replied to my emails on 06/26 5:30 pm to return the item. Now I’m expected to pay my handy man an additional $120 to dissemble the fire pit? Its outrageous. The defective fire pit costed $237.88. My handy man in total would be $240, which is the same price of a new unit. Needless to say VM express clearly states on their website 24/7 customer service at 866-639-9320 which is not the case, since June 14th I was not able to get in touch with a live representative over the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

"SCAM"
SCAM! Ordered a refurbished steam mop from Walmart.com not realizing it was through a third party. I never received the product, but when I tried to contact VM directly, (I attempted three times via email) I never got a response. When I went to Walmart with this issue they stated there was nothing they could do because a VM rep said the tracking status indicated: delivered. I was home all the day the of the so called delivery and nothing was ever delivered. After reading reviews on here I can see this is not an isolated event and many other people have dealt with similar issues.
