"Waterslide from Amazon and Target"

I ordered the waterslide from Amazon only to realize they created a fake tracking notice and FedEx never recieved the package. Amazon then states it is not the seller's fault because the product was shipped. Huge scam. I then ordered from Target as my kids have waited all summer for the slide to come back in stock. Turns out it is fulfilled by VM Express also. Target has been no help because it is a third party seller. Last thing our kids need these days is more disappointment! Now I am out $300 for two slides!

Stay away from this company. Ordered valves, sent the wrong ones. Trying to cancel a 2nd order thats been ready to ship for two weeks. Just because the shipping ticket was created they won't cancel... bad busness vm express watch out for this flakey company.

I ordered a water slide and it stated that it was shipped. 10 days later and no water slide. This is a scam. They create the label and never ship it.

I ordered a Clam Gazebo on Amazon but it actually came from VM Express.. after ordering I found a similar item much cheaper so the day the pkg was delivered from VM I immediately went to UPS to return it. The box went from my front porch to my car. It was NEVER opened. Once it was delivered to VMexpress In Lincoln Nebraska I received an email that I would be refunded $120 and I paid $240 for it. When I questioned it they said there was a 50% restocking fee. How is that even possible? The box was never even opened. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I also reported it to my credit card company. My advice to anyone is to never do business with this company. Do your research. The reviews are absolutely horrific..

Well, I've ordered Saluspa hot tub on the 6/26. The next day I get an update with tracking number that it shipped. FedEx says the label was created - not shipped. Its July 1st, I called customer service and spoke to a lovely lady that said give it another day and she will look into it and if need get me a refund. I'm disappointed as I was looking to enjoy the hot tub. Order # 26438951 PLEASE HELP

"HORRIBLE COMPANY."

This company has been giving me the run around for almost a month now about a pool I ordered. Never received my item & when I asked for a refund because THEY LOST IT they tell me they’re sending a replacement. HELLO I DONT WANT A REPLACEMENT. I WANT A FULL REFUND. they finally tell me today they can refund me but they have to take almost $500 because I have to pay the return shipping fee for an item I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. SO horrible I now have to take legal action because this joke of a company expects me to pay the return shipping for a mistake they made, for an item they “lost,” an item that I NEVER PHYSICALLY RECEIVED. THE TRACKING THEY EVEN GAVE ME WAS FAKE. ITS BEEN THE SAME SINCE JUNE 23rd!!!! They claim that’s my new tracking but I saw that tracking before they even told me they shipped out a replacement!!! Joke of a company. I wish I could post the screenshot of the emails they gave me. Horrible customer service. This was their sorry ass email

DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE THING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!! I ordered a pool through VM Innovations through Lowe’s website a week ago and was supposed to receive the item with two day shipping. The item still has not shipped and the listing has been pulled entirely from Lowe’s website. It’s as if they never even existed as a 3rd party seller through Lowe’s. I cannot get in touch with ANYONE to help me! I am being directed to get in touch with VM Innovations directly but have no way to! This is the most unethical business I have ever made the mistake of purchasing from!! This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behavior to take money from customers and then not deliver the product nor provide a way for their customers to get in touch with them, especially during a pandemic! I want to know the status of my order or a full refund! For the love of god can someone from this company assist me considering I am unable to get in touch with you?

Do not order. Every time I order they cancel, and I havent gotten a refund. Its been days since I was supposed to be refunded and they still havent. Do not order from them unless you like losing money.

Same experience as everyone else, ordered a pool never comes no update just "label created" forever. Classic bait and switch impossible to get any honest communication from them, obviously with all the bad reviews this is how they do, BUYER BEWARE 👎🏽

Web site advertised something that was no longer available, and even accepted payment -- before telling me that the item wasn't available. I had to contact them over multiple days to confirm that the credit card charges would be reversed. Eventually, I did get full credit.
