Ordered vac from them it doesnt charge it doesnt work they offered me 10 then 15 to keep it i want my money so offered to take it back i took it too ups store now po says they dont have it and either does vm so now i am out vac n my money there products are garbage do not buy from them they are rip off

Bought quantity of 2 items. Received only one correct item. Wanted to exchange it and was told I’d receive a return label within 24 hours. Still haven’t received it as of 5 days now. Luckily Walmart refunded my purchase because I bought through Walmart’s website. But I believe VM never intended to send label, and was just giving lip service while on 3-way call with myself, and Walmart accounts manager.

Sent item grossly under-packaged, it was broken upon arrival. Initiated return and they stalled and offered partial refunds until 30 days hit, and then they said no refunds after 30 days.

Ordered from them through Amazon, they sent damaged product with grossly inadequate packaging. Returned it for a new one and same thing. They broke Amazon 3rd party seller contract by communicating outside Amazon platform. Seeking refund once again. Steer away

Made order through amazon and they sent a used dinged up item that was also the wrong version then kept $90.00 for a restock fee which I'm still trying to get back through amazon. Update as of 8-02-20 I did get full refund which is much appreciated considering work situation with the covid-19 sham.

Walmart Order Requiring a return. I was told I cant return to Walmart but someone should be contacting me within 24hr TAT. NOTHING! Just know I will be sure to review any other seller prior to ordering through Walmart's website going forth. ordered a captain america booster seat from amazon for my son was a day late i dont blame vm express for that shipping has been hit and miss as of late what i do blame them for is for not sending me the carseat instead i got send a 30lb pro mangum deer feeder its a 30 gallon drum with stuff inside of it i didnt open it it weighs probably 70 lbs i contacted customer service and they wanted me to print a fedex label and return it to a fedex store or arrange for fedex to pick ot up so do there leg work for there mistake i said no if you want this product back you will arrange for it to be picked up as it is not my fault they sent an item that i did not order and they wont send me my item until fedex has there item which i find rediciouls so a carseat for my son i was suppose to receive yesterday who knows when ill receive it and i received an attitude like it was my fault that i received the wron item highly unprofessional blame the customer for their mistake and want the customer to fix it for them
