"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We ordered a pool that wasn't able to be delivered because the shipping company they provided could not get it to our house. We live in a very common residential area very close to the interstate. The driver for the shipping company told us we would have to rent a truck and meet him at a local Walmart to pick it up from him. Unbelievable! I called to have it returned (never even saw the pool because it never made it to my house) and I then had to pay for the shipping return. Reluctantly I didn't have much of a choice, so I agreed. Upon agreement, they authorized the return and I was supposed to get a refund once the pool was returned. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I never got refunded. So, I called again. They told me I'd have to wait an additional 2-3 days to reach out to the shipping company to find the tracking info. This is completely bogus. I have contacted Amazon and filed a claim for my return of nearly $800.00. We are in the now in the process of having the return dealt with through Amazon.. DO NOT BY FROM VMINNOVATIONS. They are a joke!

They blew me away when I contacted them about a manufacturers defect on a product they carried. Even though it was not their doing, they walked me through the warranty process and told me if I was not "taken care of" to call back and they would help me! 2 thumbs up...if I only had more thumbs I would give more!!!

Here is the problem it's called bait and switch I don't know who you are I never would've bought anything from you directly I was always under the impression I was dealing with Walmart not you are the third or fourth party this is nothing but a scam I will be filing lawsuit in federal court stop this practice please have your attorney look this case over this is nothing but bait and switch.
