Don't buy from this company. I purchased a package that was supposed to include 2 game cameras, 2 security boxes, & 2 SD cards. The security boxes were missing. I ordered through Google express. I was told I would have to return the complete order, be refunded, and have to reorder. The amount of order was $324.74. The refund I received weeks later was only $72.96. It took a lot of work to get a phone number for Google Express. Called today. They say they are processing the remainder of my refund that will take an additional 10 to 14 days. It sure doesn't take that long for them to take your money! Don't know about you but I won't be ordering from either company again!! If I had not been watching closely I would have completely lost $251.78. Of course that is depending on actually getting the remaining refund.

Never placed my order but took my money- When I wanted my item reshipped they informed me it was out of stock. Wouldn't refund in full after all of this. Criminal company

i bought a pool from these people the seam split within a week. they wanted to offer a $90 refund on a $850 pool. so don't buy their products so not what they portray they are.

I ordered my item (Electric Nail File) without reading the reviews for VMInnovations and was quite concerned I would not be satisfied with my order, but thought, to give it a shot.

I received my order on time, on the date that was said, which was from 2-3, package carrier , business days.

My order was intact, no damage or missing parts.

It was brand new, never opened.

I'm am beyond satisfied with my order and do not regret giving them a try, despite the negative reviews.

Maybe people don't mention the good experiences?

Lost my $90 package and I cant get to talk to anyone off on a all hands on deck retreat..like wft.. no business. Totally disgusted wit vminnovations and ontrac..i want a refund and I'll never use either again..on track lady very very rude..

I have ordered 2 inverters for my husband's truck so he has the capability of using a microwave, toaster etc. while on the road so he can stop anywhere to have his meals. I received them in the specified time frame and have had no issues and the price was a lot cheaper than other places.

False advertising on pool pump cartridge size.
VMInnovations was slow to reply at first, plus told me I have to pay for return shipping on an item that was their error.
I emailed back explaining that most good companies will not require a customer to pay return shipping if the error was the company's fault.
VMInnovations ceased contact.
I guess I'll sell these wrong size filter cartridges on ebay (except I won't falsely advertise like VMInnovations did).
