Ordered 2-(4-packs) of kenwood speakers, didn’t arrive on “garuanted arrival date”,but there was inclimate weather in texas and here in arkansas,then i was notified that one of the products i had ordered was currently out of stock,they fullfilled my order with an upgraded speaker pack,honored the same price as original order,and for late arrival credited shipping. Customer service replied within the hour(several times) that i contacted them and made a very strong effort to resolve my issues,both packages arrived only 2 days late, one being a sunday,understandable,because my wife works for USPS,but was very courteous and i will order from them in the future,as for bad reviews,maybe they have revamped there customer service base and assistance. Its has been 3 months since i have ordered an incomplete ladder rack that cost me over 330 dollars. Im still waiting on a response to solve this issue. I work hard for my money this is a horrible way to do business.

Great Customer Service to back up questionable Quality Control.
I bought a re-conditioned Husqvarna chain saw from VM Innovations. First one they shipped was locked up and wouldn't start, in fact it still had the old spark plug in it. I was not a happy camper. But I stayed calm and called their Customer Service. They immediately gave me Return Authorization and I shipped it back. Within 4 days, I received a second re-conditioned unit that was perfect: new carb, new spark plug, new air filter,,,,,and it started on first pull. No problems since. I was impressed with their quick warranty response.

They claim NO responsibility for anything they sell. No returns / No refunds. Even if you get the wrong item. They sell you one thing than you receive another . Not their Problem.
Very very bad . Do not buy from them.
Update: vminnovations requested more information. But I dont expect a resolution.

I do not know where to start .I've nener reviewed anything basically out of pure frustration .but the service the professionalism .is hard to beat anywhere .the simple walk through instructions of the phone staff concerning my exchange was perfectly explained.big way to be vminnovations.you have a loyal customer for good.

"VM Innovations on Newegg - Thumbs Down"
Placed an order on Newegg which was acting as a marketplace for VM Innovations. Was charged, then my order was canceled. In the email, it said I canceled it, which I did not.
I clicked the link for support to find out what is going on, selected send a text message, and received this response:
Thanks for texting Newegg. Someone will be with you shortly. Msg & Data Rates may apply. Avg of 1-3 messages per request. Reply CSSTOP to stop, CSHELP for info
Four hours later... nothing.
I think they don't want to fulfill the order since the price was listed lower than other sites. And they don't want to admit it. Not very professional.
Update: Newegg took two days to let me know they had a pricing error, and another two days to send me a $10 gift card for their mistake. I upped the star rating to two stars because of this. For 4 stars, they should have sent an email right away saying we messed up on price, we're canceling your order, and here's a code for a discount.

"Terrible Customer serivce and delivery"
I was guaranteed a delivery on the 6th. On the 9th I opened an investigation with them to find out where my package was. I received a generic response to check all around my property because the package may be hidden in bushes. With a bit of back and forth and getting instructions to look for the package they realize that their shipping company sent it to the incorrect address. But they kept telling me i should have been looking in the bushes that well, i just dont have. So they said they would send me a new unit and provide me with a tracking numer once it was shipped. Well a couple of days later no tracking number provided so I requested a refund on ebay. All of a sudden later that day the replacement was left on my porch. So now i filed for a return on ebay because I already purchased a new unit at the store. Well, with their 4th grade quality responses i have gotten 20 or more emails always apologizing and yet mixing up what they are saying and what i have requested. They have emailed me saying they cant issue a return because i need to close the refund request on ebay! Did they read anything ebay sent them? No, because they would have seen that ebay closed the refund request because vminnovations told them the product was delivered and gave them a tracking number. So there is no refund request! I cant believe that they speak English at vminnovations because what they write and how they respond just makes no sense. Their customer service is terrible! Stay away from this company.
