"amex card compromised"

recently my amex credit card ending in 3003 was used for fraudulent transactions. American Express contacted me and then declined the attempted fraudulent purchases. cancelled the card and replaced with new card
Not sure if Identify force should have picked up on this case of attempted fraud. should I have expected some type of notification from Idently force. not sure what I am paying for?

Red Alert, Red Alert! Old information, I move out of state a year ago after selling my house. I keep the phone number from the last state I lived in, I informed you 1 year ago of the change. And you just figured it out.
You say my name and number are tied to 2 old address of which only one was mine. I sold it more then a year ago when I lived in Oregon, I have lived in TEXAS for more then a year.
I have been with your outfit for several years, well that mistake I will be correcting Monday morning.

"Not very informative"

My wife and I want to have the highest quality and service provided. We want the best protection for our credit and security. So far we feel that the updates and information reporting is lacking. I believe Alot could be resolved if their were an actual mobile app for quick access to our information. So we are going on the theory that no news is good news.

I have been a customer for but a short time. It took me a long time to decide which of the many such services available was right for me. I chose IDENTITY FORCE even though it was not the least expensive. I believe it is worth the extra money. In the short time I have been a member I already have been notified of several potential threats. Even though no further action was necessary I felt safer about internet intrusions than I ever have been. I rest much easier knowing I have your service. THANK YOU!

Why do I not have an icon on my browser?

The alerts give very little information and I am unclear as to what I should be doing. As an example are the last two alerts I got on my phone number. They show a link that I am uncomfortable clicking on to see what it is since I don't recognize the address.

Yes, you have shown us alerts and I am aware of them. The latest was a loan that we took out. It is a bit confusing when a company or bank is nationwide and you see alerts in another state; then we have to use some common sense that a loan deal could be coming from another state but the same bank or co.
Overall am completely satisfied.

"Not Worth It"

There is no real reason to keep this service beyond the free trial period. After you complete the internet scrub in the first few weeks, all they will do is tell you about events where your data crops up because they won't take steps like contact webmasters in China to remove your information. There's really nothing they've done for me since that first month, other than argue with me about the value they provide by sending a monthly email that repeatedly says the same thing.
