"Identity Force crazy bad"
I just called (as told by their site) to "verify" I am who I say. BUT the only way to do that is to send a photo ID. Even though they confirm cancellation by sending me an email, and even though I am calling from the acct phone number, even though they are prorating the credit card I signed up with, they won't believe who I am without me mailing a copy of a photo ID. The Woman on the phone was loud and close to rude, refused to allow me to speak to anyone else because it is POLICY peroid. The site is pretty worthless, scare tactics, lists dead sex offenders etc. Tells you how many millions of people are victims but then do something stupid like this. Gee, you can't call my home or cell to verify who I am ?

"Health Acct monitoring"
Currently, the set-up for this service is simply an acct number. It would be really helpful to have a field for the company / organization and a field fo the Dr. It would be much easier to understand what I as a Idenity Force customer have set-up.
Thanks,

"Never heard of this company but saw that it is #2 rated on ID Protection for year 2015"
For the security they offer, their price is so reasonable per year compared to the other ID Protection companies. Hopefully, all will go well according to what they promise the customer.

"Concerned we are not hearing from you"
I recently purchased a second home which required me to take a mortgage, run credit reports, etc., and I never heard one time from your service which makes me question what I am paying for since your service says I would be notified if any of those transactions occurred. Can you explain what I am missing? The same is true for my wife as she was on the same mortgage, credit reports, etc. Lastly, our son recently applied for and received his first credit card. We have him in your service as well and there was never any notification that someone had requested credit cards in his name. I look forward to hearing from you.

"Phishing Alerts are popping up on everything"
The Phishing Alert is showing up on my web site, which is hosted by Network Solutions. It showed up on Luminosity. These things are not correct.
Can I turn off Phishing Alerts?

"Didn't get any call or e-mail when someone try to open account with my info."
Just received a new credit card which I didn't apply for it. Just wish I get some e-mail or call when this person started to apply under my name.

"You need an iPhone and iPad app"
I find it very cumbersome to navigate your site on my mobile devices where I use 99% of the time.

"account number"
When I had an identity theft, I called your number. You were closed and the recording said to call AIG and gave me a number and a policy number to report to them. The policy number, according to AIG, was a military number and confused the people there. I looked everywhere in my account on line and couldn't find any other policy number.
