Connecting flights were out of different airports. Didn't catch it until half way through trip. Called the customer service line and they tried to tell me it was my fault.

Cant say enough bad things. Don't do business with this company.

"I have had the WORST experience"

I have had the WORST experience. When I booked I triple check all details. Took screenshots of the details. I booked a flight through this company for an international trip and focused on luggage allowance for this flight as I am moving. The confirmation I got was different to what I booked. They still have the flight I wanted on the website. I reached out saying that what I booked was not what I got and I have had no help. Very rude customer service saying that I obviously don’t understand the difference between allowance and weight limit? When I sent photos of what was listed, what’s currently on the website and being advertised, all I was told was that my complaint was being sent to upper management and it’s been two weeks so far and unsurprisingly no answer! Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Do not use this to book anything. It’s such a scam and honestly just false advertising all around.

Elsa was the OVAGO representative that helped me with my overseas travel plan. She worked diligently for almost a month in finding me the right travel itinerary that was acceptable to me. In all her efforts, she always maintained an exemplary customer service attitude. Not once did she gave an impression that I’m taking too much of her time and not making up my mind in all the ticket options that she provided during the month. OVAGO is very lucky to have such a dedicated travel agent working for them.

Be careful not to book your plane tickets with them it's been a year since I booked Miami/ Bahamas tickets.

They never inform you when the flight is delayed or canceled.
They find you no solution and when you request a refund.
We assure you a processing time of 2 weeks or even 1 month and a year later we tell you that it depends on the airline not on them while all its information is never communicated to you!
