The Ovago team is amazing!!! The best customer service in the travel industry hands down. I will always book though them. Every online travel agency is quick to take your money, but it's when problems happen, is what separates Ovago. I called and spoke with a live agent and they were understanding and nice. They helped me through the issue and made sure everything was complete on my end as well. Buy your travel from Ovago. You will not be disappointed.

"They won't refund a canceled flight"

I have not been able to get a refund for a flight that was cancelled by the carrier. The carrier has refunded Ovago but I still haven't gotten my refund (over $1000). So frustrated that I just keep being told to wait 2 weeks...it has been 6 weeks.
