"Worst Agency to work with"
Worst Agency to work with. I've called them and emailed them several times and they refused to answer me and say they'll call back and never do. Additionally even after reading the review instead of meeting my request of cancelation of the flight as I will no longer be going to LAX and them complicating my insurance claim they keep send emails about how they're unable to refund my request and refuse to cancel my flights. Then send emails about we have resolved your issue most annoying company ever I'd never recommend them to anyone. My original call was on Monday it is now Thursday and due to the fact of them saying they'll get back to me and hanging up rather then resolving everything while I'm on the phone with them so I can aleast plead my case with the insurance company it feels more like they're stalling until they day of the flight. 28 Sep Contacted them once again to just cancel the flights they told me they'd get back to me in 6 hours so looks like I'll probably try contacting them again tomorrow.

"I bought 4 Seats on OVAGO for a flight…"
I bought 4 Seats on OVAGO for a flight with Swiss air and they sent 3 seats to the airline. I had Confirmation for the 4 seats including seat assignments and Swiss air did not look at the confirmation. They said it means nothing to them . We where unable to fly due to the fact that our party did not have our 4 seats and now they won't refund our money. Its been over a month and half and nobody has called me back yet to explain what happed nor have i received my refund. This company needs to be investigated for fraud and put out of business for scamming people. We are out over 5k on the tickets plus more lost money on hotel stays car rental and weddings costs. (update on below response from ovago) Ovago just flat out lied on here saying that i did not buy a seat for my daughter which i did and i have an email from ovago showing my 4 seats that got assigned. they are a scam and still lying about it. If i could upload the email on here i would. I even paid an additional $350.00 to get my assigned seats. I emailed them my confirmations with the 4 seats over a month ago and they never even responded to me about what happened.

"I will not do business with them again"
They called me back several times and sent a myriad of emails when I was making my reservation but when there was a problem with the reservation, namely, the airline canceled the flight, and I needed to be booked on a different flight, I spent hours and hours on the phone trying to reach someone. They either didn’t pick up the phone or they kept transferring me to various departments where nobody answered.
In short, they may offer competitive prices, but as far as customer service goes, they are definitely substandard, and maybe even crossing the line into reckless abandonment of customers: what if my flight had been today and I needed to be re-booked at the airport? What if I hadn’t been on top of things regarding my reservation and didn’t notice that the flight was canceled until the day I got to the airport? Isn’t that the responsibility of the company you booked through?

"Ovago showed the flight price intentionally wrong"
Ovago showed the flight price from Toronto to Wuhan from Sep. 14 to Oct. 4 was C$3133. The return flight was two stops flight. I placed order. Ovago called me back and said that the return flight was changed from two stops to one stop and only $75 more.
However Ovago charged me C$3500 more first and then C$139, totaling $3600 more. They overcharged $440 more. I called Ovago and they couldn't explain why they charged more and refused to refund the amount they overcharged.
It was really bad. I will not purchase ticket from them anymore.

Nigel was supportive from start to finish of the booking process. It did take nearly an hour for the reservation to be confirmed, which seemed odd. However, the reservation was ultimately approved and my wife was on 5he flight a few hours later.
