I found Patricia at Avago to be very helpful. She followed up on my online booking well and provided quick responses and was more than willing to help when we had to change our travel date to find the best way to switch. Her responses were very quick and efficient and stood out as the rest of the Avago agents could not find the way.

"You'll regret purchasing anything with Ovago."
Once you book something with this agency, you should know there are no changes you can make to any of your flights. You can't even cancel anything, because they hot-potato you over to the airline, who can't do anything to help change your flights because the travel agency has jurisdiction over changes. I got stranded in a foreign country and ended up having to spend an extra $2k to get back home because I couldn't get in touch with anyone from Ovago to help. They are super shady, using ANOTHER travel agency to book flights - Golden Travel & Tours. It was just a mess. I'm never using a travel agency again and I tell everyone I know to stay away from Ovago.

"Emma of Ovago saved the day!"
Emma of Ovago saved my parents trip. My parents didn't alert me that they had a hard deadline to meet (a connecting rail ticket) until I had booked their trip. And I didn't have an option of a cancellation policy when I first signed up for my flight. I contacted multiple agents through the chat help, but Emma really made the save. She realized the airlines had a 24 hr cancellation policy which allowed me a refund on the first set of tickets. Then she did her magic to find 2 comparable roundtrip flights to the same destination and now within the timeline/dates that was within the deadline. I completed the appropriate booking while she filed the cancellation. That's thousands of dollars saved! Best of all she stayed in contact with me while my session had expired. I thought I lost my line, but she was still there! That's consideration beyond means. Thank you! I gave a tip towards an "agent" during my booking, but in reality that tip belongs to her! I will use Ovago again for my travels (and recommend all my friends) if there's this much that's taken care of in an otherwise unfriendly sphere of travel.

"Ovago is the Worst Airline Agency. Period."
Ovago is one of the worst companies, ever. Not just airline agencies, companies.
Here are a list of things they did:
- They called me literally every day for an entire month (literally called me over 20 times about this) to get me to buy some additional plan, after repeatedly telling them I'm not interested.
- They kept changing our flight details on us, but not actually telling us all the details about what changed, forcing us to call and navigate their god-awful automated call system.
- Their website live chat straight up doesn't work on my computer for some reason. I tried 2 separate browsers.
- They don't respond to emails promptly at all, you have to call.
- They downgraded our seat assignments 2 days before the flight.
- They are specifically trained to not answer your questions, but to give you the run around by saying related stuff that sounds good but isn't actually what you want to know, specifically to avoid answering the question they know they don't have a good answer to.
- Every single one of their workers was incompetent. Every single one. I think we spoke to 5 or 6 different people across dozens of calls. They have a different "team" for everything, and rather than sending you to the right team after you ask them a question, they will only do this after they attempt to actually answer your question and fail to (that is, they have zero ability to interpret your question and then send you to the right team, they have to waste your time first).
- Their workers are all lazy and try to get customers to do their jobs for them. To illustrate, multiple different people on the same call today told me to contact the airline, when that is in fact their job.
Basically, DO NOT USE OVAGO. Use literally anyone else.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Not to be trusted, unreliable customer service. They are only nice and available when you want to buy a ticket after that you are on your own. Awful agency.

The Ovago team was able to resolve the issue with my ticket in very timely fashion. One of the arms of my flight was canceled by the airline and they were able to find for me a new ticket around the same price. The agents (especially agent Norma) are very knowledgeable.

"Aggressive communication"
I do NOT appreciate their aggressive communication tactics. I purchased one ticket and then I have been emailed, texted, and called repeatedly asking about upgrades and upsells. it's wildly frustrating. I think if you find a price you like on this site, simply go to the airline site and purchase there.
