Der Adventskalender ist eine Frechheit für das Geld!!! Lauter Probegrößen! Sind Fans für die großen Raumdüfte etc., aber das!! Schade um das Geld! Das war und ist eine Enttäuschung.

Ich habe Ende November etwas bestellt über Instagram. Habe bis heute keine Ware erhalten. Die Rechnung wurde von Klarna überwiesen. Man kommt nicht an den Shop ran um sich nach dem Sendestatus zu fragen. Fazit: mit Abstand das allerletzte. Kein Mensch hat Geld zu verschenken

"Endless problems"
On 29/11/24, I ordered £88 worth of products as a Christmas present for my mum. With this order, I got two free gifts as well.
After being dispatched, a few days passed and I hadn;t heard anything. I checked the tracking page on Yodel and saw that it had been returned to sender. I hadn't had any notification of this. I checked my order page on the Rituals website to see if there was any more information and found nothing, but saw that one of the products I ordered had been out of stock and so hadn't been sent to me. However, I had not been informed of this when I received the dispatch notice.
I contacted Rituals, they said that I would have to reorder everything myself. I said that I would do this, but I can't reorder the free gifts as I have already used them up. They reinstated one of them on my account but informed me that the other was out of stock so said they would send me a gift voucher. The free gift I had originally ordered was a candle worth £26 but they only sent me a gift card worth £10. I complained about this and they resolved the matter by sending me another gift card worth £20 on top of the original one.
I was informed by a customer service rep that I would receive notification when the original parcel had been received back at their warehouse and that I would receive a refund within 5 working days.
After 5 days, on 10/12/24, I contacted them again asking if they had received my parcel. They said it was received back at their warehouse on 05/12/24 but I received no confirmation of this. They then informed me that the refund would take 14 days to process, despite being told twice before that it would take 2-5 days.
It's now 18/12/24 and I still have not received a refund despite the order being placed 3 weeks ago and received back them 2 weeks ago. I've always loved their products and I think they're good quality but this has been such an awful customer service experience, I question whether I will buy anything from them again.

Die Produkte sind gut, aber die Online-Abwicklung und der Kundenservice sind eine Katastrophe.
Man ist nicht in der Lage, die Rechnungsadresse nachträglich zu ändern. Um mir das mitzuteilen, hat es 2 Anläufe gebraucht.
Der Versand des Gutscheins per email hat auch nicht funktioniert. Kam nie an.

Lifted a star - as it did take an age for them to contact me, however we’re perfectly lovely once through.
Recommend the what’s app - but some serious patience is needed. Would also suggest they swap delivery partner who is really letting them down - however that’s up to them.
*Was thrilled when I got one of the advent calendars - was less thrilled to find my perfume broken. Kinda blamed Amazon (where my partner handed over the cash - before it went on sale btw)
Went to Rituals website, and ordered a bottle so my partner wouldn’t be upset that something was amiss. All seemed good, promise of speedy delivery. Thank you we value you as a customer type email, the usual bull (but this is rituals, it will be great yes?!)
However between Rituals and Yodel they have lost my parcel.
Such a shame I had great spending plans for this site. However on reading reviews product amazing - delivery/aftercare customer consideration is in the dumps, giving overall impression they don’t care at all once they have your cash.
So for the product etc you would have five stars. However just not caring this drops to 2*

It’s all about the packaging !
Diffusers were completely dried out after two weeks - even the premium range ! Room sprays do not scent the room and candles are average . Waste of money better to buy a decent reputable diffuser that lasts for ages rather than these highly marketed sets . Compares with friends and they all agreed !

Echt zelden zo’n TOP service meegemaakt. Er was een probleem met mijn bestelling en letterlijk met 1 appje was het opgelost, werd er een nieuw product toegestuurd en mocht ik de verkeerde houden. Super vriendelijk en mega snelle reactie.

"Service après vente à fuir manque de confiance dans la marque "
Suite à une commande faites sur le site car pas le peignoir en taille S en magasin + 2 serviettes. J ai envoyé un mail pour demander une boîte cadeau en plus dans le colis. Réponse du 1er mail nous avons beaucoup de demande nous ne manquerons pas de vous répondre. Entre temps je reçois le colis sans boîte cadeau. Malgré de nombreux mails aucune solution apportée. Au prix des articles ils auraient pu me proposer de me rendre dans la boutique la plus proche pour récupérer une boîte. Leur service après vente est à fuir et du coup ma marque me déçoit. Je n acheterais plus
