"Avis produit Rituals of Mehr"

Déçue par l'huile de douche Rituals of Mehr. Je m'attendais à retrouver la divine senteur (soit dit en passant très réussie) de l'orange et du bois de cèdre. Mais arrivée dans ma douche, déception cuisante. Habituée au ravissement des odeurs chez Rituals, pour le coup c'est un flop.

2 december 15;52 hebben ik afgerekend in de Designer Outlet in Roermond. Helaas is er met het verrekenen van de korting iets mis gegaan, waardoor er in totaal €60 euro teruggestort zou worden.

Na 10 dagen hebben wij het geld nog niet ontvangen. Ondertussen al meerdere keren telefonisch contact gehad en ook via de app.

Ons geduld raakt op. De manier waarop wij van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd worden, is vervelend en beoogt niet van een goede klantenservice. Het gaat om een fors bedrag dat wij zo spoedig mogelijk terug willen zien.

"Ruined my Christmas Gifting"

So very disappointed in this company! The products are great but the service is shocking!

I ordered Christmas Presents at the end of November, when they were dispatched they were went with Evri but the tracking did not work. I contacted customer service on whatsapp daily who advised me that it'll all be fine and not to worry. Well today I call them 16th Dec and they tell that they are lost. I explain that they were gifts I need for chirstmas and that a refund will not process before Christmas and a click and collect replacement would be best.

THEY REFUNDED THE ORDERS, I NOW HAVE NO GIFTS BOUGHT AND MOST THEY MONEY I ALLOCATED FOR GIFTS WONT BE REFUNDED UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS.

Rituals you have royally ruined my gifting this Christmas! For such great products its all ruined by your association with Evri & Yodel.

You really need to sort out your app in regards to the diffuser. It's absolutely rubbish. £150 on the unit and a cartridge? I suggest if you are reading this. Spend the £150 on a decent candle. It's absolutely rubbish, very little sent either. Rip off. Does not smell, app is rubbish. Save your money please.

"Kildare Village awful supervisor"

Hi. I am writing to complain about the treatment I received at your rituals store in Kildare village. I am a member of rituals and have used all the ranges over the past number of years. As a result, I was kindly gifted a room spray from my friend this year. Unfortunately the spray nozzle on the bottle broke and no longer sprayed. I contacted rituals and was told to bring the item in to a store where I could get a replacement. I travelled from the far side of county Carlow to Rituals in Whitewater shopping centre where I was told they could not give me a replacement there as they were only a rituals counter and not a store. They advised me to go to the rituals store in Kildare village where I could get a replacement. After a further 10 minutes in the car, 20 minutes to get parking coming up to Christmas and completely out of my way, I finally made it to the Rituals store. I spoke to a member of staff on the floor regarding the broken product and she directed my towards the till to where I had to explain for the fourth time to a member of rituals staff that I was looking for a replacement for the broken product. The girl at the till went to get a supervisor to ask about an exchange or replacement. The supervisor came to speak to me, told me that they don’t usually do replacements but she will ‘see what she can do’. I explained that I would even be happy with a replacement nozzle for the bottle rather than a full bottle replacement. She then left me on the floor for 10-15 minutes which she then returned to say that unfortunately there’s nothing she could do for me. I explained to the supervisor that I will be making a complaint.
I am deeply annoyed and disappointed at the level of customer service I received today, especially as a loyal rituals member. I do believe I have a legal right as a consumer to get a repair, replacement or refund and unless resolved, I will be taking this issue further.

I made order some of products were removed after payment from my order history, so looks like I ordered other stuff. I did not get any responses to my massages for 2 weeks atm. First thing its a fraud 2nd terrible customer service. Still waiting for my money to ety back, as had to make other order.

"Service na probleem anti perspirant spray"

In de afgelopen 2 jaar heb ik verschillende bestellingen gedaan van anti perspirant spray sport van Rituals met verloopdatum april 2025. Helaas is het mechanisme van de sprays eerder kapot gegaan. Na het melden van het probleem en het doorgeven van de batchnummers is er door Rituals binnen een paar uur een giftcard gegeven ter hoogte van de aanschafwaarde.

My initial order was fine so were the products. I then ordered a refill for the reed defuser but I have been very disappointed. The fragrance does not fill the room like the first order. Disappointed

Ich habe mich richtig über den Kalender gefreut, bin aber sehr enttäuscht gewesen . Bis jetzt ganz wenig drin , ganz kleine Größen und mindestens 3 Kerzen . Werde nie wieder kaufen oder empfehlen . Lohnt sich nicht

Ich liebe Rituals! Mit dem Adventskalender 2024 hat sich Rituals noch mal selbst übertroffen. Er ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern hat einen tollen, hochwertigen Inhalt, über den ich mich die komplette Adventszeit freue. Absolute Empfehlung!
