Do not buy anything for this company. You order your product and find out a few days later that the product isn't in stock. But your order isn't processed so they can't refund you and cant tell you when you will be refunded. But you'll have to wait 5 working days to get refund when they can refund you. Totally unprofessional and Iliana was very unprofessional and rude

I appreciate this isn't completely down to Rituals, however I placed an order which was delivered through Yodel and as expected the parcel has been lost.
I have fed this back to Yodel but feel some of the blame should be with Rituals for using Yodel due to their awful reputation.

A branch opened up nearby my home recently and I’m elated. The product range is so classy and elevated. Strong lasting scents in all products with such a variety for different people and really not badly priced for something that feels so expensive! Love it. The wash basin with sample products and actual hand towels to dry your hands makes such a difference in your visit as well!

"Lureri, skade og elendig service!!"
Bestilte litt julegaver samt adventkalendere fra nettsiden, først fikk jeg mail om at det hadde skjedd en feil og at jeg må bestille på nytt. Jeg ble trukket dobbelt fra kontoen, som de etterhvert ryddet opp i.
Det som skjedde etterpå var at jeg bestilte Premium adventskalender og så ikke før den kom i posten at det var kalenderen fra 2023.
Det var jo delvis min feil for å ikke ha sett at det stod "2023", men det merket jeg ikke pga. det ble bestilt fort, prisen var cirka det den skulle være og den ser rimelig lik ut som årets kalender.
Aldri hadde det falt meg inn at de selger en gammel kalender fra 2023, i tillegg til dette så var det skade på noen produkter.
Jeg sendte mail til kundeservice og sa hvor skuffet jeg var for dette og ville mest ha svar på følgende:
Hvorfor selger de kalender fra 2023 og ikke minst hvorfor koster den MER enn årets kalender, føler meg rundlurt og skuffet.
mailene med bilder av skade på produkter samt mine henvendelser for å få svar på mine spørsmål er blitt helt ignorert.
Aldri kommer jeg og kjæresten til å kjøpe noe mer fra denne dritt butikken.

Beställt o swishat 907 kr inte fått orderbekräftelse dessutom stod det fel person på mitt konto. Detta påtalade jag i somras fått presentkortkort som inte funkat online. Det fick jag nu också men de har inte löst problemet. Det skulle vara julklappar till mina barn så det känns jättejobbigt att det ska krångla. Kommer aldrig att beställa här mera

Belle boutique mais les conseillères ne sont pas à l'image de celle-ci.
Mal renseignée, il n'est même pas possible d'enregistrer mon compte fidélité correctement malgré mon numéro de carte, la conseillère n'a pas pris peine de rentrer les numéros manuellement je n'ai pas bénéficier de mon cadeau et j'ai abandonné je suis partie , j'ai pris juste ce que j'avais besoin mais la prochaine fois j'achèterai en ligne au moins c'est clair et précis et pas de mauvaise surprise. J'attend toujours mon ticket de caisse qui à du être envoyé sur un autre compte client ! Super

When I wanted to top up the existing bottle ( from same product I used from their brand!) with new shower gel, they said I need to buy new bottle first and then can refill.
But this bottle is ugly metal and I like those I already have. So I think it’s green-washing, not real zero waste concept

Honestly - I’ve always thought the hype is not worth the price but the last few weeks have really changed my mind. I’ve bought the serum and the oil in the store in de Pijp and I’m super happy with it . The salesman there had a calm and friendly energy and was super helpful . The girl who worked there didn’t really help looking for the product I searched but since her colleague was so nice it didn’t influence my experience too much . Only downside is the size of the facial cream … it looks big but the product doesn’t last long . I got a few weeks later an advent calendar . In total im also happy with it but one product it contained was already open and used . After contacting the costumer service it was resolved really quick and I got compensation for it . This is why despite the critical points I experienced ill leave a good review .

Honestly such crap customer service.
Their delivery partner “couldn’t” deliver to my address despite having the right details and having successfully delivered to me with no issues on many occasions.
Their WhatsApp was slow, unresponsive and basically they didn’t care at all. I had to end up cancelling the order and losing out on loads of black Friday deals. They genuinely could not have been less bothered
