"Gel mousse de douche à éviter "

un problème qui m'est arrivé 3 fois concernant le produit mousse de douche rituel of sakura. Alors que le produit est utilisé à la moitié environ, le bouton pressoir se bloqué et le produit ne sort plus. Le SAV me demande la preuve d'achat, que je n'ai pas gardée, qui garde ses tickets ???

"Misleading promotion"

Received an email from Rituals about a promotion for the holidays and that I've won a product for free if I pay the shipping cost. If you agree to the shipping cost you are then automaticaly subscribed to a membership that costs 65 euro a month. This is only mentioned in the smallprint at the end after an unskippable questionair.

"1 euro betalen voor "feestelijk" zakje..."

Kerstkado's en 3 kadobonnen met verschillende waarde gekocht. 1 Euro per stuk betaald om het feestelijk te laten inpakken. Het feestelijk inpakken was een zakje, die ook nog dicht geplakt was. Ik moest ze allemaal openen om er achter te komen wat er in zat. Totaalbestelling van 86 euro en geen kadootje...

"A fuir, n'envoie pas le colis "

J'ai commandé sur le site pour la première fois. Je reçois un mail avec une date de réception du colis...
Ensuite après la date où j'aurais du recevoir mon colis, je reçois un mail avec un message automatique en disant que le retour que j'ai demandé est accepté avec une étiquette de retour que je n'ai jamais demandée puisque je n'ai pas reçu mon colis...
Je contacte le service client, zéro réponse.
Je n'ai pas compris, il s'agissait d'un cadeau. J'ai juste perdu mon temps !!!!!
A fuir. Je ne souhaite plus acheter cette marque. Aucun respect envers ses clients !!! Au prix que cela coûte...

"Bestellt dort bloß nicht"

Bestellt dort bloß nicht. Ich habe am 10.11. einen Adventskalender bestellt, die Bestellung wurde bestätigt, Geld wurde abgebucht. Nun, 17 Tage später, kurz vor Dezember, erhalte ich die Nachricht dass das Produkt ausverkauft ist. Absolute Frechheit.

"Very poor service from their Marbella…"

Very poor service from their Marbella store. Unable to resolve an issue with a Birthday voucher and when I took this up online with customer service they were equally unhelpful. A great product, but they treat their customers badly. Such a disappointing customer experience.

"Gretna Store "

Visiting on holiday to buy Xmas gifts.
Staff on the shop floor were polite however, going to the till we were served by a member of staff who was very loud and, abrupt about getting your email for a receipt.
After having a nice experience we left with the thought, how she was selling like a rude car salesman and, do not look forward to returning if she is on shift.

"I ordered various items from Rituals…"

I ordered various items from Rituals .The ordering process on line was straight forward. I received an email from evri stating that they had my parcel and this was due to be delivered .The same day I got a email from them stating there had been an issue delivering my order .I send Rituals a WhatsApp and they agreed to send the item out again using Evri .I received an email from Evri stating they will be collecting my parcel and deliver .This never happened .So again no parcel. Yet again I whatsapped and called Rituals to be told I had to wait 5 days and they would chase Evri. Even after I explained this was for my husbands birthday. After 5 days I had to message again asking if I could have the shipment next day delivery. They replied by they will issue a refund .No apology at all and still no refund since the 18th which is when they processed this .
The customer service is poor I understand they have issues with Evri but the customer should not have to go through this .
Very disappointed Ritals.
it is now the 4 December and I have still not received my refund . I raised a case on resolver, this was closed stating my refund had been issued. No refund yet so had to open yet another case. This is now 16 days since I was promised my refund.

"PATETICO"

El envío llevaba semanas de retraso, llego sin avisar y no estaba en casa. Lo dejaron en un punto de recogida y no estaba en casa, ahora tienen la cara de echarme la culpa a mí, y su solución es que espere otras X semanas a que el paquete se devuelva del punto de recogida y entonces es cuando me devolverán el dinero. Que gestione YO otro envío con correo. PATETICO
