J'ai acheté un peignoir 80€, lors du premier lavage celui ci perd toute son épaisseur et sa douceur alors que j'ai respecté les conseils de lavage. Qualité médiocre ! Passez votre chemin si vous cherchez de la qualité.

"Trogen kund som sällan skriver omdömen"

Jag har varit trogen kund hos rituals i många år nu. Använder allt från tvål, doftljus, ansiktsvård mm.
Överlag är jag jätte nöjd med det jag köpt och även med kundtjänst om jag haft några problem.
Jag skulle dock önska att det inte var så mycket krångliga villkor kring gåvor/medlemserbjudanden och att priserna får ligga kvar på samma nivå ett bra tag framåt då i princip allt höjts enormt mycket i pris sista åren…

Kan tipsa om att jag fått bäst bemötande och hjälp av rituals kundservice via Messenger.

"Handwash is like mixing the bottom of your handwash with water"

The handwash concentrated refill is terrible. I was so disappointed in the product. Rituals introduced the 100ml concentrated wash recently.

I have bought a few of the normal handwashs/refills as a luxury treat, so when I say that Rituals had a concentrated version, I thought that you needed to use less when washing your hands. When I received the tiny bottle, I could not believe that the requirement was for the customer to mix the concentrate with water. I did this and the end result was a handwash that was watery in the main with a few blobs of handwash.

For a luxury item this is not appropriate, especially as the item expensive.

I understand Rituals are trying to be eco friendly but it should not be at the risk of selling a product that is not up to standard.

I think the eco-friendliness is probably on Rituals production side as they are using less packaging, production is speeded up and they are offering a product at the same price as the ready diluted refill.

Please bring back the normal refills.

Also I did originally contact Rituals and asked for a refund at the the instruction of a family member. I did contact Rituals and complained about the product quality. I then felt terrible and contacted Rituals again and said that they did not have to do the refund.

I regret the second email and really when you think about it, as I put in a complaint about a product, Rituals should have tried to rectify the issue, which they did not. (Apart from using the info as feedback.)

"Do u think this is racism? "

I used to shop in Rituals in Ken high street. I used to get the air diffusers. As I have 4 bedrooms & 2 large reception rooms I used to get at least 6 bottles. Rituals used to give a gift if u spent over a certain amount. So if I spent £55 or £300 I got the same 1 gift. This made me feel cheated so I started using zara homes for air diffusers but would buy air fresheners from rituals. I had a good relationship with the staff. They told me they suffered from shop lifters & they did behave differently when groups of non white people came into the store. They watched them to prevent shop lifting,

I ran out of air fresheners & went to rituals 2 weeks ago. There was one shopper & one worker on the shop floor who happened to be the manager. She asked if I needed help & I said no, but she didn’t leave me alone, she kept following me around & then she called security guards- 2 security guards came to watch me,

I asked her why she did this, why did she feel threatened by me? She said it was cos there were 2 customers & only her.

I later returned- there were about 7 people in the shop. None of them were black like me, there were 2 shop workers- no need for security

Apparently the manager only needs to call security when it is a black person

I felt the manager was racist. Treating black people with suspicion

If ure an anti racist - I hope this information helps u

"Rituals Genie: Defect product en teleurstellende service - Sterk af te raden"

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met het Rituals Genie product. Het apparaat is technisch ondeugdelijk en koppelt niet met de bijbehorende app (die met 1,5 sterren wordt beoordeeld door gebruikers). Tientallen klanten rapporteren dezelfde problemen.
De klantenservice en winkelervaring zijn ronduit frustrerend. Ondanks het wettelijke retourrecht werd ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Pas na herhaaldelijk aandringen werd het product teruggenomen. De gehele ervaring getuigt van gebrekkige klantvriendelijkheid en een ondermaats product. Sterk af te raden.

"Douchefoam werkt niet."

Douchefoam werkt niet.
Er komt niets uit. Het spuitgedeelte is duidelijk defect. Gekregen als kado en half jaar in de kast gestaan.
Ik lees op internet dat ik niet de enige ben met dit probleem.
Duur product, dus extra vervelend

"Waited over two weeks for my order…"

Waited over two weeks for my order which never came, got no where with emails to rituals, my tracking number wasn’t recognised, I believe the delivery company yodel lost my order or it’s lying in its depot somewhere as it seems to have got that far and no further, both company’s unhelpful and difficult

"Cela fait plusieurs années que j’achète…"


Cela fait plusieurs années que j’achète régulièrement chez Rituals, notamment pour les cadeaux d’affaires et parce que j’appréciais le personnel et les produits. Mais cette fois, c’est une grosse déception. J’ai acheté une mousse de bain de leur gamme, mais au bout de la moitié de la bouteille, le produit ne fonctionne plus.

Je me suis rendue à leur boutique au Forum des Halles Paris pour demander un échange ou une compensation. Résultat : un refus catégorique, sans aucune solution proposée. C’est tout simplement inadmissible.

Ce genre de problème de qualité, couplé à un service client aussi médiocre, me pousse à dire que je n’achèterai plus jamais leurs produits. Je ne les recommanderai plus non plus à mon entourage ou dans un cadre professionnel. Rituals, vous venez de perdre une cliente fidèle.
