"Terrible "
Terrible online experience. Placed order, used gift card and ordered more for free gifts. They took the money but no email confirmation. Spent past couple days using WhatsApp to try and sort. Now they cancelled the order and refunded gift card to my account along with 10% discount. Spent ages shopping and can’t remember what I had and now can only get onto the site which shows euros not £!!! I can’t believe how this experience has been. Never again.

"Disappointing fragrance sticks"
Bought some Rituals fragrance sticks. The Ritual of Jing. They are rubbish. They are in our downstairs cloakroom, so quite a small room and I can't smell them at all. The sticks are so long, they seem to dry out before they get into the air. I keep turning them over, but the tops just dry out again. Absolutely rubbish. I bought some advent calendars too, I hope they are not as disappointing

Computer says “no”! Shocking customer service, didn’t expect this from Rituals, really poor. Shop staff messed up, then said if you contact our customer service they will sort it. Well, they didn’t. Although I like the product, there is plenty more nice brands out there with excellent customer service. Really put me off from any future shopping with rituals.

"Bad company bad service "
Bought a difuser 2 years ago. After 5 months broken and doesn’t work anymore. Get a new one and happens again. Also the third one broken in 3 months. Today at flagstore Amsterdam to change it. But rough answer. We don’t change it anymore and no money back. Bad bad service. Don’t buy the diffuser!!! Don’t buy bad quality

Heb een sakura body mist gekocht en een sakura hand wash. Heb alleen de body mist ontvangen krijg niks te horen waar het andere blijft wel voor betaald. Reageren nergens op of ze draaien er omheen.
