Ordered cotton blossom. Overpriced and smells disgusting! Thought it was nice in store but it’s horrible their products aren’t worth it . My mum even got sick from smelling the product it’s absolutely horrible . The company didn’t even do anything about it

I ordered online as could not get required product in shop, yodel attempted to deliver but required a signature due to working full time I could not be around/in for the parcel. I then requested a specific day and they did not attempt to deliver, I complained to rituals themselves and they said it was my fault as I was not in when they attempted all three delivery times. Yodel did not attempt to redeliver on the day specified. The customer service is awful for both companies which is a real shame because I purchase so much in the shops, now I will not be! Appalled by both companies. Even more embarrassing that they offered me 10% off for next purchase- I will not be using this!!!

"Dismissive customer service"
I decided to take a chance on the premium advent calendar after receiving an amazing smelling hand wash in another subscription box. It came through damaged, not hugely but ruins the aesthetic of the calender which is part of the reason I bought it. I sent picture and complaint through and was basically dismissed my customer service saying it was minor (it's not that minor) and said I can still use it. I am sorry but when a product is ÂŁ172 I expect it to be perfect, the damage was obviously done when the person packing put the lid down. They offered me 10% off my next purchase but why would I want to buy again after this experience, so I won't be using it. Things go wrong, it's how you deal with it that matters and this was dealt with badly, which seems to be a common theme. I wish I had checked reviews first as I probably wouldn't have chanced it.

I spent Iver ÂŁ250 in Rituals at Rushfir Lakes. I was persuaded to buy a fragrance genie with the promise itcwoykd fragrance a larger room. I asked for thexl strongest of their diffuser perfumes. Firstly no explanation was given that it is best used through an app.I don't use rechargeable so no good fir me. I had to ho on.line to see how to assemble it and it comes with a two.prong plug!!!! After 4cdays we can still detect no fragrance at all despite it working. I can detect fragrance if I put my nose near the vent. The spray room fragrance..another huge disappointment. Even after just spraying and walking g through the spray only minimal scent us discernable. Waste of money. I've had better results from a ÂŁ5.99 Sainsbury's diffuser. Such a huge disappointment. Never again

Les produits sont extrêmement mal notés sur Yuka, très peu naturels... Même s'ils sentent bon, ce n'est pas bon pour la peau. Je ne recommande pas malheureusement !

"Don't buy Genie Rituals"
Don't buy Genie Rituals. It just doesn't work. It cannot get connected with Wifi due to the application update that is currently in the progress. They are very aware of this problem so they agreed to give me a refund, however, it took them ages to give me a refund at a store. Very bad experience.

My high % Discount Code was changed without informing me !
Even that I was assure it will be pernament . I had witness for it , as one time I tried to use it in basket without completing just to see how much % was and for what product it was working.
Case Takes me some nerves and time;
But after call to Customer Service Main Netherland , and corespondency with Customer Service by email finnaly my case was sorted 105%.
Big Thanks to Leila for finnaly resolving the issue and sorted a lost gift that I got and lost due to a bit long time of corespondency to sort the problem.
It was such a pleasure to speak with You by phone, Angelic voice , so nice and with stoic calm was very helpfull and 100% professional all the time.
Even once not because of My fault when I lost connection I got immediately call back and I was apologise also for that lost connection.
I'm proud to be Rituals customer and big fan, I do allways buy lot of stuff online and in store for myself & most precious person , even abroad for family and friends too.
Top Products ,Top Mark , pleasure to deal with. Especially in store in few countries I have been treated 100% with respect and help and kindness.

"geen recycling waardoor ik gestopt ben met Rituals"
Kocht voor €78,00 online .Kreeg ik een doos vol mini's.Had beter aangegeven kunnen worden.Ook het onklantvriendelijke gedoe met dat cadeautje bij €45,00 Geld niet bij waardebon, geld niet met ING voucher. Te omslachtig allemaal. Ook vind ik het erg jammer dat Rituals niet zorgt voor recycling.Nu moest ik de prachtige lege bodycreme potten toch bij het plastic weg doen. Mijn besluit staat vast. Ik koop alleen nog "bar's zodat ik het millieu zo min mogelijk belast. En die koop ik niet persè bij Rituals .
