Every Sunday my speed drops so much (down to 0.01 Mbps upload) that I have to call in and ask them to rerboot the access point righ in front of my place, but on Sunday I ususally get only voicemail. The support staff is very good, but Tengo still won't hire more staff as I have advised.

Alex stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour trying to fix the issue of why I could not purchase one month of internet. Everything we worked on continued to give me an error. I was able to get the two hour plan but could not purchase the one month plan. I tried 3 different cards to no avail. As a courtesy, Alex credited my account with the one month fee and I was able to get the internet.
