I paid for the upgrade and have spent 4 of the last 5 days on the phone trying to get even basic service.
Today, I spoke to Alex and he was finally able to get me connected properly and was very professsional. I suggest you ask Alex what he did to fix my issue and have him train the rest of the people I spoke to previously.

We have been trying for 2 days to reach tengointernet given they advertise 24/7/365 customer support. Update … We finally heard back from customer support and they fixed our internet issue completely, only wish it hadn’t taken 2 days.
