He stayed on the phone and walked me through the whole process of selecting a plan and making sure that the devices I wanted to connect were done correctly. He is a professional dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Next time I’m in this situation I will definitely use this WiFi resource.

I was unable to connect to the internet because the message was saying my email was already in use. I phoned the help line and received excellent help to troubleshoot and establish my connection. The tech support was very kind, patient, and supportive. Very much appreciated!

"Best customer service ever"
I was camping out of state and upgraded our Wi-Fi so we could use our new Roku.I had trouble logging on (I am old). I called the customer service number provided and was fortunate enough to have contact with Russell. He worked with me for over 30 minutes and I had to hang up.I called back later and again got Russell who worked with me again. I was frustrated and quit. Later in the evening he called me back 15 minutes prior to his shift ending. He insisted on helping me, stating he wanted to make sure I was taken care of before he hung up.Do to his persistent and expertise he was able to connect me and get my new Roku working. He was awesome and I am so grateful for his kindness, sincerity and knowledge. I can not thank him enough, made this and future trips wonderful. Thank you for employing such a great wonderful customer service rep. Russell you are wonderful.

"I agree with Richard"
I agree with Richard. Internet connection is spotty, does not always connect. I do a great deal of work on line and need a service I can rely on. I can not rely on TengoInternet. My hotspot gets better service in the same location. I do not plan to renew next year. When I called the company today, they called back over 3 hours later, to tell me the problem has been fixed. But I lost a good amount of work today dealing with no internet connection.

"Getting connected is a daily issue…"
Getting connected is a daily issue throughout the day. Doesn’t matter what steps I take the problem returns. Tech support reset all wireless transmitting devices in the campground, however, 30 minutes later the service dropped to poor connections and access. I will not be continuing this service. My wireless HOTSPOT is more reliable and accessible.

"Customer service was excellent"
Customer service was excellent. Internet quality is not the greatest. Devices lose connection all the time. I use internet for work and with the devices losing connection it makes it difficult when on Zoom calls.
