Alex V was very confident and helpful with my issue. He was able to connect my Apple TV to the internet so I could stream! He was very nice to talk to as well as he related to me and we shared intriguing stories as I was waiting for the internet to refresh.

I was having trouble getting up and running on our 3 tv’s with WiFi. Alex V was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I needed. He spent the time needed to get us going. I’m not sure yet about Tengointernet but Alex V was wonderful.

One and done. That's all it takes now to get it back to working right. Tengointernet has found a quick temporary fix for us here. But as soon as the wind blows it has to be worked on again. Have been here three years and they are getting better all the time.

Paid for upgraded internet at RV Park so I could stream TV. internet sputtered for 3 days straight and when I put in a request for support I never heard from them. They asked me how my support request went and when I tried to give a review directly to them they said my support was closed and I could not rate.

I have had the same issue twice in the past month or so. And both times Alex was who I dealt with. He was patient and very helpful. Both times he did what he needed to on your end (the Campground confirmed all was good here) and we now have the wifi we paid for. Alex was terrific and I hope I can get him when this happens again. Hopefully not but I think I may call again!
