I was very pleased with how easily things came together with Gabriels help. It was important to me that I got my wifi up and running so my husband could relax after driving all day today.
Gabriel said, " I understand and we will get that taken care of for you." And he did it!!!

He was extremely knowledgeable of your product and displayed several options to reach the desired goal of having me use the internet My Real Estate practice is completely reliant on internet connectivity to express how grateful I am could never be put in words Mr Bryan Zamora has no idea what a Blessing he was to me!!! Ditto what everyone else says about the ultra poor service. Can’t get on then if I do (rarely) says I’m not connected to the internet. I bought this for the month we’re here and given that I have to use my cell phone data plan all the time, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I know it’s only about $30 for the month but I got no meaningful use of the service whatsoever. If you are a truly ethical business, you’ll refund my money.

Bryan was amazing! He continually checked back to see how strong the signal was. I have never had a technician as helpful and as customer service oriented. I wish I could use this service at home. Century Link has kept me on hold for literally hours when I had internet issues! Thank you Tengo Internet and thank you Bryan!

"Nothing resolved, still poor service."
I called Tengo 3 times before they returned my call. When they did I was on a wi-fi call and I was having a difficult time hearing the tech. I told him that this is my 5th year using the Tengo system and it's never been reliable. As he was trying to diagnose the problem the call dropped and he never called back.

A few days later a Tengo tech called. I explained to him that I wasn't home and he asked if he could call me later. We arranged a mutual time that was good for both of us. He never returned the call. At this point I'd like to reduce my Star Rating from 2 stars to one star. Incompetent jerks.

"Santee lakes horrific internet"
Lakes RV Resort, is horrific. Its awful. Its abysmal. I spent several hours on the phone with several reps at your company who had zero problem solving interest, zero problem solving ability, and zero problem solving authority, who ultimately delivered zero problem resolution. There is zero tech support, and you refuse to send techs on site to attempt repairs to resolve any issues. My laptop won't load pages under 5 minutes. My tv won't play or respond 80% of the time. You have a horribly substandard under-resourced system in place, you know it, and YOU DON'T CARE. On a scale of 1 to 100 you get a zero. I'm available to call : 702-630-5163. Until them, I'm gathering signatures on a petition in the park to have management change internet providers. Pete Lemcke
