"Problem still exist. This is the third request for feedback Tengo has sent."
There was some type of service done at the RV site called Sunny Oaks and Bastrop. I’ve had several phone calls and left messages detailing that my two devices can only “connect” yet get no Internet. Since my initial report a few days ago, I’ve received several of these emails asking for me to give a review. OK, here you go. I still have no Internet.

I have dealt with other tengo support people in the past, some helpful, most just ok and a few downright unprofessional. Russell was my support this time. He listened well, communicated clearly, told me what he was going to do…and followed through. He asked me to follow through as well with an email to tech support the next morning after my issue was hopefully resolved to make SURE it was resolved. I liked that. I felt like we were working together to make sure the issue was taken care of. I admit I was considering internet alternatives with frequent drops in my internet service this year, but at this point plan to stay with tengo as the service from him was superb.

My wife Kelly and I were totally blown away at how Din went far “beyond the call of duty” and exceeded our wildest expectations for service here at Cava !!!
Don blessed us by helping us put the filled propane tanks back into the trailer which is a task we’d have huge difficulty with in the past experiences.
Then upon mentioning our inability to access You Tube, Don reset the internet antenna near us and up above the lower loop
When that didn’t work he phoned the office who explained we needed to purchase the premium internet package - once we did that Don was so patient with us and walked us through the entire experience to success !!!
Forgive me please - Brian is the service person who blessed us with the propane installation and Don was the Pro who helped us get the internet working

"Not bad just not great"
Been Trying to get my Roku tv connected to the internet for a month or more with no luck. The CSR were all great just cant seem to get my problem fixed
