"The tech very helpful getting my internet set up"

I was very happy with the tech (I think his name was Michael) who patiently walked me through the set up process. Turns out it was my misunderstanding of some of the technical details that made it more difficult than it had to be. Nevertheless he helped me get things up and running and it’s working fine. Thank you Michael I appreciate your help.

When i called i may have had to wait a little bit but when the person came online they were very helpful and staied online until everything was up and running correctly.

"The initial tv I set up works perfect"

The initial tv I set up works perfect, but nothing else can connect. Customer service said a tower was down and basically hung up on me. I checked the rv that had been working, and it still worked, so that was incorrect. Service sucks, customer service suck - at least they did give a refund almost like it happens so often they are used to it

"This wifi should be free"

This wifi should be free, considering it hardly ever works. We use this wifi as a full-time wifi cus it's all there is way out here. And we pay for it and it's a waist of money. Every one on the same router . It's so slow. It don't work. It's a irritation.

"Ive been working to get internet…"

Ive been working to get internet service that i have paid for, for over a month.
4 separate devises are unable to find an IP address.
I was told nobody in savannah south villas are able to connect to internet.

"Tengointernet mediocre at best"

Tengointernet works with a mediocre connection for streaming about 4 hours 4 days per week. Not sure why but the rest of the time no capability for streaming. As far as internet usage for search or reading it works fine for a couple of weeks then on and off a few days then useless for several days until they fix it again. On average great use 2 days a week, iffy 3 days and useless 2. Disappointing at best.

"Tengo Sucks"

We are in a RV park close to one of the repeaters and IF we can connect speeds are between .31 and max of 1.3mbps!
The management here agrees they suck and told us to get our own hotspot.
Today there are much better ways to provide secure WI-Fi.

"Tengo internet down."

***Update***
After 48 hrs of no internet I spoke to the park manager and she informed me that Tengo was aware and working on a solution. The next day I was informed by park management that Tengo provided a band aid fix and internet was back up which she also confirmed with other visitors in the park. I let her know that I still had no internet and was assured by her that I did, yet I don't. She also let me know that a router was overnighted but as of yesterday the new router is still undelivered and as of today I still have no internet. I'd be happy to provide images of the 169.254 IP that is being assigned to my device, as well as the "No Internet" being listed on the current service that is broadcasting but there is no way to do so. The bandaid fix isn't working for me at all and the overnighted router to fix the issue properly is apparently MIA.

Location is Dodge City RV park in Alvarado. Today's date is 12/28/2021 so it has officially been 8 days since I first reported the issue via email on the Tengo support site.



I sent an email yesterday because Tengo Internet was down. I never got a response to my email except for them asking for a review today so here it is. Email originally sent around 430 pm EST yesterday (12/20/21). I ended up calling the tech support desk at about 730pm yesterday and that was the first report of an issue they had on record. While the tech I spoke to was friendly enough, this issue has yet to be resolved. No internet available at all. 23 hrs have passed since my original email.

Quick & efficient assistance. Monday morning support, I waited less than a minute for support person, fixed in 5 minutes which included the wait time while he stayed on the line till I was successfully logged in.
