The internet went out at our RV Park this morning. I called the tech number and left a message. I got a call back explaining our problem and they sent a team out immediately to get it fixed. 1 hour later we are all back on line.

"Bryan Zamora was awesome"
Bryan Zamora was awesome. Internet down at Wild Acres in Saco Maine. Several of us were told it was a tower issue. When I called on Saturday for the second time I got Bryan. He saw that there were tower issues but that did not appear to be my problem. He opened a ticket to have my access looked at. What I really want to note here is that we had a bad phone connection but every time we got disconnected he called me right back until I found a location with better connectivity. The previous day I was disconnected and the tech never called me back so I had to call again and start over with a new person. It is annoying enough not to have internet access so I appreciate Bryan going the extra mile!!! Kudos to Bryan’s customer service skills!!!

"Inconsistent / poor communication"
At the moment its working, but I've had nothing but disappointments. When its up, its good, but it fails way too often. Support doesn't seam to answer the phone, which tells me they getting nothing but calls for issues. They do call back leaving a message to call them. Who answers unknown callers these days??? Its a loop of infinite disappointment. I just want to know what the status is, and when it will be working again. I get things break, what I don't get is the lack of communication.

Struggled for a week with my FI dog collar trying to get it set up. Tried everything until your person told me I must have Wireless Mac addresses. I got them from FI and today BINGO! Your person added them to the internet, and we are good to go. The internet has worked perfectly for us in every other area. We went with the higher one this time as we have several items we use. Thank you so much...

Have been at this park since Monday. Called Monday only to hear a recording.. no one is available to help you. Called Tuesday.. same thing. Emailed on Tuesday. Now Thursday and leaving. Never heard from anyone.

"Salmon Point Resort RV Site #1 Dismal Wifi signal."
I am staying at Salmon Point Resort RV park in British Columbia site # 1. I want to let you know that that the service to this is site is dismal. Fortunately for me I have acamppro2 wifi extender with router that allows me to get service. Others may not be so equipped. Without the extender my computer signal is on and off and on my cell phone and tablet the wifi service does not even show up as an option. I had two calls with customer service last week (you may find the transcripts under my name). They tried things and did what they could but to no avail. I would ask for future guests (and myself when i come back to this site). That you review you signal and improve it.
Since sending this to Tengointernet i received a call asking what my issues were. I explained the problem (as described above) and his response was "well sometimes signals vary". He didn't address what I said and made no attempt to look or report the long term issue. Just well I will reboot things. With no acknowledgement that there is an issue to be resolved.

Curtis was very helpful and helped us connect our WIFI to four devises. We upgraded to streaming and better WIFi - $9.95 for three days. He was very patient. Unfortunately when I tried to use my phone it would not allow me to log on; said I had four devices already on my husband's account. So I logged out of my phone and used my account to log in with just internet.
