I have had an unbelievably poor experience with Tengo. A part of my issue has been the RV Park owners who inadvertently misrepresented the service. HOWEVER, Tengo is absolutely awful. The free Wi-Fi speeds are so slow that even loading a Web page takes over a minute to load. And it works for ONE device. If you have an alexa or a smart TV you need to call for support so they can connect your device MAC address. And that's where the true nightmare begins. If you call and somebody happens to pick up the phone on the 1st couple of rings, then you have won the lottery my friend. I have called at least 20 times. I have left voicemails, I have sent an email, I have called over and over.They will never call you back.They will never call you back.And of all those times I called, I got through twice.Both times the service was adequate.You don't get somebody who makes decisions or takes leadership, but they can get the basic work done.The combination of the poor Internet speeds, as well as the abominable customer service, makes me want to check before booking any site. If they have Tengo, I won't go.

"Where do I start"
Where do I start! When the service works it works half decent..... but as soon as campground gets even a little crowded I just waste my money because I can't get online!!!! Then trying to get ahold of support is just as bad because of no phone service where we camp! So I can't get issue resolved until I get home and again wastenof money sooooo going to get frontier internet and say good bye and good riddance to tengo,it don't even bother me if it would cost more because I know ill have service when I need it,especially in emergency because of my health problems I need wifi signal for phone service thankfully when we did need 911 neighbor had frontier internet and we were able to get ambulance there,so disappointed over tengo internet id rather support the smaller company and understand there may be glitches or down time but not like this!

Stewart, was the first person to take the time to fix my issue instead of just brushing the issue under the rug. Either he was the only one who knew enough to do anything about it or the first one who cared enough to help probe properly to get to the bottom of it. I know about handle time and i know about first vall resolution and world class customer service. Ive called many many many times and advised everyone my job was at risk. Nobody cared. Now it might be to late to keep my job but at least he got the issue resolved. Unfortunately its to late fore me due to the multiple failures of your other reps.

Sorry but the WiFi available to me at our campsite is poor to non-existent. Calls to support have been great but either management at the campground or at TengoInternet leaves a lot to be desired.
Supplied Internet download speed for the RV park is a reported 300 Mbytes - download speed within the park is barely 1 Mbyte. We have sensors installed at our RV that require WiFi service that is reliable. Current service does not provide - either park equipment is woefully out of date or TengoInternet has failed to provide service that they are contracted for.

I called the support number and got right through with no wait time. The support person was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. He went above and beyond by calling the RV park to see if they were aware of the issue, as well as escalating the already filed ticket.
