Support was excellent. Our call was dropped and she called me back. We were able to get everything working. This is the first park where tangonet truly offered streaming and it worked. Most parks, including the one we live in do not really support streaming. It was a great experience... Thanks, JK

I dealt with Russell and he was excellent!!! He was beyond patient and thorough. During the conversation we lost connection and would you believe it he called me back, thank God!! Anyway, it was a great quick experience and I'm glad Russell was there for that needed extended help.

This will be a second review from me since I am no longer able to get any response from talking on the phone. 24/7 support? I don't think so. What a cam this company is. I have been at my RV park since the service has been installed in December 2020. Paid for the premium service for 3 months and have never once ever been able to get any service. Speed test comes out at about .068 mpb down and the same for the upload speed. Can't even look at facebook with this service. I don't understand how a company is still in business when they use this "bait and switch" technique to get people to pay for services they don't receive. I get full bars, IP address, zero connection issues to the access point, yet I receive no bandwidth. When i try to call for someone to fix the issue? I get no help whatsoever. They don't care. If an RV park has this internet service, stay far far away if you want to be able to use the internet. Don't even think about calling this company because the results you get when you actually talk to someone is exactly the same as when they don't answer, nothing. No results, no help, nothing. This company should be sued for fraud.

Internet went down here in the RV Resort. One call and a follow up email to TengoInternet and the issue was correted. They were helpful in determining the issue was not in my devises and had indeed lost connectivity in the park. Fast helpful response in I.T. call center.

I’m not happy with the service. I know Patrick called from Texas but I did not answer bc I didn’t recognize the number. I left another message hoping I’d get a call back. Hasn’t happened.

I would like to have a support technician get back to me or I want to cancel my Wi-Fi and get my money back. It’s terrible here how it works
