"Connection Issues"

After 2 days of Internet, I woke up and had no signal. I call TechSupport and left a message with my details. 6 hours later, no call back, I phone again and got thru after a15 min wait. The agent helped me by telling me they had no crisis I had ever registered. Her game me an IP address to go to and setup my login again, but that didn’t work. I cleared my Safari cache, and started over and was able to build a new profile and get access. Not for the non-IT literate!

"5 Stars! Great Customer Service!!"

Gabriel was so great! He stayed on the phone with me to ensure that the WiFi was working. He was polite, courteous and patient as I am not very techhy and I had a few questions. He really was super and I really appreciated all of his time and assistance :)

I successfully was able to get connected to the internet. I wooo up I’d gave given 5 stars, but initially I left three vm messages, and didn’t get a call back until the next day. Alexis assisted me and she did a fine job getting me connected.

"Gives a new meaning to SLOW"

After reading some of the other reviews, my experience is about normal for this company. BAD! I get finally get a person to answer the phone and he helped me with the password. My biggest complaint is that you can only connect two devices at a time. Connect is a very generous word here. With all the people camping because of Covid, many have two or three computers with them. Telework added another computer. I am not surfing on multiple devices at the same time. Why can't you have it where three or more devices can connect, but at different times. Like a work computer during the day and a personnel computer at night? Should be required to deactivate one to use the other.

"The service is always helpful as I stay…"

The service is always helpful as I stay at this campground 7 months at a time. It's a pain to sign up every month. The only thing is the internet is so weak we can't even get our roku. That's sad because s?ing is our favorite. It seems to be getting worse. Looking for internet alternatives.

"I am giving a 2 star review as this has…"

I am giving a 2 star review as this has been a problem for over a year and a simple fix has still not happened. If a user goes into change a password the page tells the user that the password must include: 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 symbol. What has not been on the page is you MUST also include a lower case letter! I will admit to being forgetful, had to reset the password last year, and then again this week. I had to call the help line BOTH times, this last time proceeded in a 24 hour wait before a call back. I would not have had to call at all if the password reset page included the need for a lower case letter!!!!! Why hasn’t this been fixed? It is astounding to me that a very simple problem (the lack of telling the user a lower case letter is needed) has not been resolved! No excuse for an IT company to do not have fixed this.

"This is the worst service I have ever…"

This is the worst service I have ever experienced as an end user. Paid for 3 months worth of “high speed” 20 mbp up and 20 mbp down and I get less than 1. Have called now over 15 times to talk to customer support to which nothing ever gets accomplished and nothing gets fixed. They say it’s above their pay grade and they will push it to a “supervisor”. Weather they do or not, I have no idea because they say they are going to fix the issue, but after 4 months now, nothing is fixed. I can’t even surf websites on my laptop. I cannot get my phone to use it, and when I’m streaming on my Apple TV, I get to watch a show for about 4.5 minutes before it buffers for 10. This company is a scam, don’t waste your money. If you want higher speed internet, buy a 56kbs modem and use dialup, it’s way faster.

Update: typical useless customer service. After relying to this review and sending me an email to confirm this is all legit, I filled out the proper info and received absolutely nothing. Typical no response. Typical do nothing. NEVER should you get this scam of an internet service.

"4-Day response Time"

I checked in at an RV Resort and followed the instructions for connecting. When I had problems, the office staff told me to call the 24/7 support number. I called and ended up leaving a message requesting a return call. The call came 4 days later, after I had left the RV Resort.
